It's a beautiful resort. Loved the chill out pool area and the main pool was nice too both pool areas are spacious. We never had an issue finding lounge chairs either. I'm not sure if it's the time of year or not, but no issues finding chairs for us. We absolutely loved the coffee shop! The food was really good. Everything was tasty. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the activities and shows at night. Loved that it had a small bowling alley too.

It wasn't a huge issue, but the tiles on the pool were chipping some and the stairwells should have handles especially since elevators are small and not too many can get on at once. The gift shop is ridiculously overpriced. I couldn't believe a chocolate candy bar was $15 US. That same size candy in US would have been $3 or less. I also didn't like the upsell on wine (house wine or table wine is included. No charge) and certain food items in the restaurant also you had to pay separately. I've been to many all-inclusive and never a separate charge on wine or if you want steak or lobster, but overall. We had a great time and would go back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. especially barman Antonio and privilege staff Miguel. they helped make the stay as they where as ways friendly and helpful.

not enough sun beds having to get up at seven a clock to try and get a bed. some of the staff in the shop where unhelpful. often cold coffee at breakfast and not enough waiting staff in the Buffett causing long waits for drinks cutlery etc. also the company on site selling COCO Bongo tickets miss sold us tickets. We booked the most expensive seats which I was told would be best for my wife who has mobility problems due to MS and she was treated like a second class citizen and we had to sit in the lower priced section as this was sold in the hotel it is a bad reflection on the hotel as you allow them on site as trusted sellers.

The infrastructure is great and the staff are excellent overall.

The food is ok but no better than that. On balance it’s ok in terms of value for money but that would be the only drawback to me.

35’ from airport by taxi, location doesn’t matter cause you have everything you need inside this resort. Friendly and kind staff, good drinks and excellent food.

Check in a bit slow, they tell you a lot of non important details but the one that matters were omitted (restaurants location, how to reserve, types of facilities, among others)

We liked the location of the property. It is conveniently located near the airport and other attractions we had on our list. The property was set up nicely, with most events centrally located. It was fairly easy to navigate and find our way around.

It was too crowded for us. It is a family resort, which is great. However, some of the families brought their children to the adult pools or the quiet pools, which changed the atmosphere we desired. The food was just okay. There wasn’t a great meal option mid-afternoon. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options on the buffet. There were a few days we had excursions and arrived back at the resort at 3-4pm and we couldn’t find many options.

Unfortunately the sargassum/wind made the beach virtually unusable when we were there. Unfortunate, but certainly not a reflection on the resort or staff who were constantly trying to get “Mother Nature” under control! However the pools are wonderful, with a nice variety of kids, quiet, party and adults only. Lots of lounging chairs and access to bars, snack bars and restaurants. The property is extremely well maintained and staff very friendly and efficient. Hats off to the customer service staff (Katia in particular) for wonderful support and assistance well dealing with some “challenging” family issues!

There was limited access to the restaurants, but positively and perhaps subsequently, the “buffets” were very good with lots of variety, good quality and again, great staff!

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Even the painters greeted us with a smile and Buenos dias. The room location was quit with a lovely view of the garden. We would like to acknowledge the following people for their outstanding service, friendliness, and just being pleasurable to be around: Sergio at the Daisy beach bar always remembered our preferences and even taught us a few new words in Spanish and Mayan Enricae at the Marina restaurant always very personable and exceptional service. Went above and beyond expectations. Francesco at the Italian restaurant very professional service, friendly, no needs unmet

Rooms are tired and smell moldy, mattresses are old and we got bed bug bites and infested them in to our luggage.

The hotel facilities were nice, the room was clean. There are a number of restaurants to have meals in. The personal was all very attentive and helpful.

It was extremely hard to find a spot to the pool, all sun beds were covered with towels all day, even when there is no one to use them. Seemed like people just left the towels there in the evening as all was occupied even at 7am. Also the bathroom in the room was open style i.e. no door. So all the smell of cleaning detergents was coming into the room.

Property was spacious and wonderful. The staff was attentive and helpful. There was a variety of places to feel either secluded or included. The resort does a great job of facing most of its property towards the ocean. We liked the pool options. One was the “party pool”, one we called the chill pool. And then the privilege pool which was lovely and even a kids pool which we didn’t use, but which had the best snack bar. The transportation hub and valet team were great too and the restaurants were all better than average and the buffet provided plenty of options.

Wasn’t fond of the check-in service. Wasn’t clear exactly where to check in and the person helping us didn’t make a great first impression. Also wish there were more poolside snack options at the main pools beyond the burger bar and smoothie place.
