Nothing really, just a place to lay our heads at night during a holiday family visit.

The rooms can use an upgrade. Our toilet was broken, not properly installed. The shower made a loud noise. When we first arrived, we were greeted like we were criminals. They didn’t immediately let us inside the office, but eventually they did after talking thru the plexiglass window. We were communicating at the night window but it was mid day (1pm) when we arrived to check in.

They checked on how I was doing throughout my stay.

On the day of my Check out, the management came to my door 3 TIMES and ask if I was leaving. Each time I said, "yes". It didn't mattered. They bothered me 3 times. When I said it once that I was leaving, that should've been it. No More knocking on my door asking if I was Checking Out. It's Sumter! What in the world going on so Important that they have to bother me 3 TIMES. I'm sorry that I didn't answered the door naked to put my point across to leave me alone and wait for me to leave.

It's convenient and close to everything. 30min to Columbia, 5 min to downtown sumter, 10min from dalzell, 15min from Camden, 1hr 15min from Myrtle Beach

The price and location was great especially when comparing it to others in the same area.

The size of the television is kinda on the smaller side so that's a bummer and it continues to get darker and lighter

I loved how homey it felt

I didn't like that the shower sounded like it was screaming at me when I turned it on. I also didn't care for the TV, as it would go almost completely dark.

Had no problems! Place to lay down for a few hours in a clean room. Staff was great!

It was old but nothing you can do about that. Still slept great.

Nice room, stay there when working nearby, usually once or twice a year.

The price and location near Shaw AFB makes this hotel a good bargain. The staff was very friendly. As opposed to other main chain hotels, the owners cleaned the rooms every day.

The hotel is older and the interiors show it. But even though it is older, it is still a good comfortable hotel.

Clerk had no record of my reservation, first time in several years of travel w Booking.com that there was a problem when I arrived. An anxious few minutes, but fortunately there were rooms available.

old oven in the room not working but the room was very clean , bath tub was repainted.
