Nothing the hotel does wrong, but the house close to the hotel has 2 dogs that barked half the night. Perhaps if we had a room on the other side of the building, it would not have disturbed our sleep.

It's a nice location and a good pool for kids. The breakfast was good and the room was nice and comfortable.

They could do will repairing and repainting in places. The staff where just ok, they didn't go the extract mile and weren't super polite.

All facilities were very clean and well maintained. All the staff working at the hotel are very friendly.

They must improve the service of the pool bar since the person who attended was not very comfortable and they did not have a cocktail menu.

The pool at our building was very nice, it does need to be refreshed, new paint, however it was very refreshing and clean. Our room was very nice and clean, great size. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very accommodating.

bit rundown, from doors falling apart, to shelves hanging off the walls, to loose toilet seats, to a cold shower. lots to love but also needs some love to update.

The bar and restaurant were wonderful. Great seafood. Very nice reception area that leads out to the pool area then to fishing and sail boats in their marina. Nice big rooms with kitchen area. One bedroom with 1.5 baths was a great set up.

We left a note of a few items that needed to be addressed in this particular apartment with the front desk. They said the maintenance would take care of them. Yes, we would absolutely stay there again!

Everything went well, the staff were super friendly and very helpful, the gym was excellent, the pool was great. Very picturesque especially by the water and a short walk across the street to the ocean.

One day I arrived very late and the staff was not there. I had to wait a lot of time outside the hotel.

Service was excellent Waitess and Bartender were very good. Always have a good place to rest on our way to Nosara gracias Timothy and Barbara

Sliding door was completely jammed and light bulbs missing . Seems like the tower was recently purchased and still needs Reno’s
