I loved my entire experience. The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. The facilities were nice and well maintained. i particularly loved the pool area. Its big and clean. It also has a nice bar in the middle of the pool. Room is nice, clean and great - maybe can add bottled water? :) i love the restaurant the food selection is great..

Cleaness of the room, confortable beds

Food at the restaurant was a little expensive, would like more variety in the menu and prices, specially when travelling with Family.

Big clean rooms, nice big shower, super big and clean pool. Very nice breakfast included. Try to get a room in the 2nd or 3rd floor otherwise you won't benefit of having a balcony. Room 317 was perfect

Crappy road to get to the hotel and not beach front and no shuttle. You have to walk 600 m /10 mins to the beach but it's worth it once. Water in the ocean not that clear even at Playa blanca which the access is not that easy as you have to climb over rocks and you have to be out of there by noon due to the tide

The pool

There’s no places to have dinner and the restaurant prices aren’t great almost $25 per adult and $15 per kid we stayed for almost a week so definitely wasn’t a choice

The staff is kind, warm and available to help, the room is comfortable and was super clean. The location is amazing, you can see a lot of animals and the beaches are pretty close and easy to access (just a 15 minutes enjoyable walk to the nearest one).

The pool needs a little more of maintenance, there was a lot of missing tiles and the walls are kind of green in some areas. Also I didn't enjoy the volume of the music played in the pool. I would enjoy it maybe a little bit more quiet or playing calmer music from time to time.

We loved the facilities (including the Spa), very clean and comfortable and very friendly staff. Rooms big enough to stay comfortably with 2 children. Beautiful beach as well.

The walk to the beach (playa Mantas) was not 400 meters (it was about 800) and there's no possibility to access playa blanca.

Nice pool with shallow end and fountain which the kids enjoyed and spent hours in. Pool bar & music played at weekends but these stopped for a couple of hours mid-afternoon and then at 8pm which I thought was was well-planned as lots of young families. There are large apartment style rooms with kitchenette incl fridge/freezer. There is a restaurant and pizza place onsite as well as a small shop. Loved seeing the scarlet macaws flying over head. Also saw some howler monkeys and bats while walking outside the hotel.

Approx 10 mins walk to closest beach (Playa Mantas) which was dirty and busy. Approx 20 mins walk to much nicer beach with clearer waters (Playa Blanca) but this was along road with no side-walk so needed to be mindful of the time to ensure returned before dark. Also this beach has rip tides so need to be careful when swimming) There may well be shuttles but these were not well advertised.

The location, staff, and food were amazing.

Only negative thing was the door was hard to close and lock. Otherwise, it was a great experience and look forward to visiting again.

Great place to spend time with the family. The facilities were clean, the pool has a nice bar where you can order food and drinks. The pool is big enough and has a kids section. The staff and entertainment were exceptional. We did aquaerobics, played volleyball in the water and my daughter got her face painted. We had a great time. If you are on a budget, the rooms have a refrigerator big enough to store food and drinks. It also has plates, glasses, microwave and a small oven where you can bring food and reheat
