Alejandro greeted me spin my arrival and instantly made me feel special. Indira and the other 2 girls at the front desk were so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. All three girls are in your video.

The view description is a little misleading. It’s described as beach front. The picture makes it look like you open your door to the beach. As you well know that’s impossible. The room smelled extremely musty. My big disappointment was that there wasn’t a hot jacuzzi. This is one of my favorite things on vacation. I asked and was told they don’t heat them. That makes no sense to me. How about 1 hot and one not.

Excellent location with a huge pool right on the beach. Great to be able to move easily between pool and beach. We came with two kids and the water and a really warm in both ocean and pool so we were in the water all day. We had a forest facing room that was very quiet, nice balcony for birdwatching. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of space with tables and chairs by the pool.

Food options were quite pricey although that is perhaps expected at a beach hotel.

You can hear a lot of noise from the room- the corridor has marble floors and it echoes with footsteps, voices and doors closing - you may want to consider bringing ear plugs, wasn't a problem for me as I always travel with ear plugs. Suggestion: it would be good if the shower had a detachable hose- easier to wash off after the beach and also clean the bath after use

Easy access to pools. Food was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. You could walk out the back and have full access to the ocean. Downtown Jaco was an easy walk with even more options for food and shopping. And nice artwork on the walls.

Our bed. It was wonderful BUT the bed was not attached to the headboard and kept sliding away causing our pillows to constantly fall into that space between. Only negative experience.

We loved the location. We wanted to be within walking distance of the beach and Jacó. The Mountain View room was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurants was good!

I wish they would have told us at check in that we had to have our wristbands on at all times, or to come back right away if it comes off. Mine fell off after an excursion, and then when I was at the pool the employees completely ignored us.

The room was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable. Great shower and products in the bathroom, nice balcony. There were plenty of chairs by the pool and the bar staff was great. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered questions easily.

Although the property was great, for $400 a night, I would have hoped breakfast was included but it was not!

Location was good and not too close to downtown Jaco.

There was an issue with the option to purchase breakfast for $15. Crocs says there is an problem between was Booking advertised and them. They would only honor pricing if I pre-paid for everyday which i did not want since I was leaving for excursions before 7 am. Breakfast service starts after 7 am.

I loved the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good, the pool was amazing, and the Zarpe restaurant had really yummy food and drinks. The proximity to the beach was a plus, and it's a nicer beach compared to the beach closer to town. Our room was spacious and airy and I loved all the storage for our clothes and the desk area for eating or putting on makeup. Plus there's a huge full length mirror which I loved. I also loved the welcome drink, that was a really nice touch.

The wifi kept disconnecting depending on where I was in the hotel and if I moved around. That was kind of annoying, but it worked really well when I was connected. The shower floor is really slippery. They should provide a mat because that's an accident waiting to happen. I didn't really get a good night's sleep at all. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows weren't. Not sure why but I was not a fan of the pillows. There should really be an option to get your eggs cooked to order like in other resorts. But they did make fried eggs for my hubby upon request which was nice.

Check in and check out was easy. The breakfast was great and food was good.

The food and drinks were overpriced.Some of the staff in restaurant were impatient. 2 days had gone by before housekeeping got to our room. The beach is not easily accessible. The resort feel is somewhat there but there isn’t a room service.

pool is fabulous esp if you have a kid

as to be expected everything is insanely priced…. the hallways and interiors of this place are all extremely dimly lit. the outdoor cafe has the best food, no room service is lame and their breakfast was disappointing and ever priced
