Finally a place where they care about details! There are hooks to hang things, shelves with hangers and nightstands with lights and nice decor! Definitely not a given in Jacó ;-) It’s a very pretty hotel at a perfect location in a more quiet area and so close to the beach - just wonderful! And thanks to Angela you will feel welcome.

The internet really sucks! And if you come during weekends and they have big groups, it’s a bit crowded, especially during breakfast.

Being beachfront makes it easy to go back and forth to the beach. The staff is very friendly and always trying to make you feel very comfortable. The pool is small but very nice, warm and clean. It has a restaurant and you can bring the food to your room

Poor WiFi, rooms doesn't have mini fridge which is kind of difficult to maintain fruits when you have a toddler and the curtains are too thin so it is quite bright early morning

The food was fresh and delicious, breakfast was generous. Perfect location on the beach front. Lovely pool. Very thankful to be just outside of the very noisy Jaco center, lots of peace and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

I wish there was a mini-fridge, otherwise perfect stay.

Beautiful hotel for value! Great location and felt very luxurious but also Costa Rica chic. Loved being here. The restaurant was perfect and very good food!

WiFi is not very good in the rooms have the go down to the kitchen or pool. Restaurant has weird hours it’s open/not and some foods run out

The gardens are beautiful and full of life, pool area is spotless clean and the staff are friendly.it is at quiet end of town and has the best beach area.The morning coffee is greatly appreciated. :

This hotel is very safe with security 24/7. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Incredibly affordable and right next to all tourist attractions.

I loved everything!

Excellent location, very close to the beach. The room was very clean. it is nothing fancy, but it was enough for what we needed. Nice pool, too. We forgot some things in the room, and they wrote to confirm that they got them and are keeping them for us to pick up.

When we arrived, there was no-one to receive us. Front desk closes at 6 pm, and the guard is supposed to hand out the keys, but he was nowhere to be seen. After waiting for about 10 minutes, and looking around all over, we decided to call the numbers on their website. Finally, one of them answered, and sent the guard over to us. But we were on the verge of a panic attack, having arrived there at around 7:30 pm with noway to check in or access our room

It was clean, specious, comfortable beds, cosy, friendly staff, great shower, great pool and pool area. lovely family run business. breakfast was also delicious. if I was to choose a place to stay in Jaco again it would definitely be Hotel Pochote Grande. It’s practically right by the beach xx

Cheap burger meat in burgers. Please make some nice ones with ground beef.
