Good Spacious rooms but beds were sagging a little. Bathrooms are a little dated they need to be updated. Two pools, both were good. The place is in a very convenient location. Short walk to beach and the mail street without the noise from either

They provide a complimentary breakfast. The food was delicious, but the portion are so small, you will need three of them to fill you up. The bar prices are very high, if you want the people in the pool to buy drinks you have to incentivize them by offering happy hour which most other establishment seems to do

The hotel is an excellent value, in a central location downtown on a quiet side street near the beach. The room was very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. The pool, bar, and dining areas are very nice, with a river on one side, a very pleasant place to relax. Staff is friendly and professional.

The bar only stays open until 3pm, wish it was open a little later into the evening. There was noise from construction going on across the street until 3am in the morning one night, I asked the manager about it, later he told me he spoke to the owner of the building, and there was no more construction noise during the rest of my stay.

This hotel has an excellent location, right in the center of town, on a fairly quiet side street not far from the beach. The pool and dining areas are very nice. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was large with a nice shower, and always had hot water. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

I really didn’t have anything negative to say about the hotel during this trip.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, we had no hot water (shower was barely warm)- but we didn't mention it until the end and they were mortified, we should have said something, they assured us they would have fixed it immediately had they known. Totally our fault. Walking distance to the beach and downtown, so it was easy, pool right outside the door. Worked well for this trip, breakfasts were good, and there were lots of other choices nearby, we made coffee in the room.

In downtown but doesn’t feel like it. Private and peaceful. Beautiful sparkling pools, cute dining area. Lots of sunshine over the pools. Comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff. Short walk to the beach. Pool towels and beach bag provided. Two complementary drinks with dinner. Good breakfast. We loved Hotel IBIZA!

We didn’t have any complaints, honestly. I guess if breakfast was included in the stay that would be nice as that was offered at all our other stays.

Nice and clean rooms. Super nice with a beach/pool bag with towels that you can bring around with you. Great pool area and nice staff by the pool and cleaning personnel.

Quite noisy from some source which we never located, like a constant buzzing and didn’t go away when turning off AC. It seems like either they have had a lot of experience with people breaking stuff in the rooms or just don’t trust people. We had to wait during check out because they had to check the room and if we broke anything. Just too bad as we left with a worse impression since the attitude is: guilty until proven innocent. This could easily be smoother: “we’re just checking the room to make sure you didn’t forget anything” and then handle it if something is broken. Finally. In the reception they have printed and shamed bad reviews. Honestly, be the bigger person and take these down.

Hotel is very nice. Room was very clean. Nice dining area by the pools. Good central location on a quiet side street next to the river, very short walk to the beach. Super comfortable bed, hot shower. Good value for the price. No real complaints.

Wifi in the room was a little spotty at times. Bar closes during the afternoon, would like if it stayed open a little longer.

Room (suite) was EXTREMELY clean w/two rooms (each w/ductless a/c) and a bath w/shower, as well as a refrigerator and coffee maker. Thee are two pools. On-site restaurant serves both breakfast and lunch. Food is VERY good and reasonably-priced. Staff is SUPER ACCOMMODATIVE. Lester, who I have known for over fifteen years, manages the property, is on-site daily, and is someone that I would hire away in a heartbeat! There is NO REASON to look elsewhere.

We checked in fairly late, but the staff were incredibly accommodating, and the facilities felt very European. They have created a very relaxing atmosphere even in the heart of Jaco. We slept very well, the air conditioning was very nice, and they had nice thick curtains to block out light. We enjoyed spending a bit of time on our balcony in the morning, and we really loved reading by the pool for a few hours before we checked out. The 12pm checkout is a huge plus, and probably really appreciated by those who stay out late enjoying the night life. The parking was very convenient as well.

I know it’s not common to find in Costa Rica, but a Luke warm or hot shower would have been the icing on the cake for us. We were still incredibly happy with the property, however!

The pools were really clean, and the vibe of the overall community area in the middle was awesome. It was very relaxing and beachy. Perfect! The room was VERY clean and comfortable, and I LOVED that there was street access right from the room instead of having to walk out the front every time. We parked right in front of our room and could come and go easily without bothering anyone. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful as well.
