It was so peaceful and tranquility. The pool and grounds are delightful. The hosts and staff were so accommodating, kind, and helpful.

The location is a little bit off of the beaten track, but very accessible to all if you don't mind a bit of a walk, which I don't. The prices, two blocks away from the beach, are so much better than beachfront. And when it all comes down to the nitty gritty, I am happy paying a reasonable price in a beautiful tranquil abode with a private pool. Highly recommended, for solo people and families with young children!."

The staff were super great. And I liked how it was not in the chaos of downtown Jaco. Nice neighborhood with a little store 1 minute away. Still super close to everything on the strip. The room was super cute and clean. AC and fridge worked great. The pool was clean and refreshing.

There were some dogs who barked at everything causing the rest of the dogs to go off in unison. Was not the owner's dog so can't really blame them. This is pretty normal in CR so being earplugs wherever you go.

Once you get your bearings on the second day, the location is good - better access to the very south end of the beach which has better sand, fewer people and more wildlife. The staff make sure everything is locked-up and the room and pool are clean. Helpful and friendly owner. Trees and birds are a bonus.

Could use end tables with reading lights. The light on the wall is not the best. The television is too high up on the wall.

Everything over here was just perfect. We spent here our first nights in Costa Rica and after the long flight it was just perfect where to relax. Close to the beach, jungle but also with really nice pool.The staff was really nice as well, alway. asking if we need anything.

Unfortunately our room neighbour was pretty loud with his TV. Not that baad as we were outside the whole ay, only in the evening was quite bothering.

Booked over Xmas day for one night as we had left it too late & missed out on options. This place is only 10 mins walk to the beach but maybe not suitable for family’s really ! ok for young couples wanting a cheap place in Jaco to ‘Party’ , personally I’d miss Jaco off your itinerary if your over 30 lol.

Needs some attention

Comfy great beds, big Room, close by beach and many shops and restaurants.

Not sound proof, could hear the neighbour snore and cough... but my ear plugs save me very time. No tea or coffee offered (like in many other much cheaper places) no sufficient hangers in bathroom or room. One right above the toilet (ugh)

The quiet green atmosphere of the place, integrated with the garden and pool. The building is well constructed. The other clients were friendly and respectful.

One bedside light was not plugged in and the wire was dodgy so I didnt connect it. Otherwise, we loved everything.

Nice quiet location just a short (10min) walk to the center and the beach. The neighborhood is mostly tico homes so feels quite genuine with kids playing football on the street, mothers walking with their families. The family managing the accommodation is nice and friendly and helped us with information of local transportation.

A small shelf in the shower would be nice for schampo and similar items while taking a shower

The staff was friendly, and the location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for people traveling on a budget. The place is pretty quiet.

That they don't take credit cards. Bring cash!

Very well in shape, clean, super friendly staff. You feel that they look after the place. More like a family place to stay

You can’t eat there but there‘s close places to take so no Problemo.
