This is a big hotel with multiple pools and decent rooms. It felt very empty - which was fine. But it seems like once it was a very popular hotel, or is more popular in high season, than when we went (in May). We enjoyed walking around the empty property. There is a beach right out front but it was only good to watch surfers on, as there was a lot of wood debris and trash on the beach, and a little river that drains into the water (so not super clean). The staff was super friendly and nice. There is no restaurant but we drove into town and ate amazing Indian food at an Indian food restaurant that I would highly recommend.

Great place for lots of pools, but beach isn't the nicest.

Fantastic location, best shower of the country, great and big property with two pools, very comfortable beds and the surf class that they scheduled for us was also fantastic with an excellent surf instructor. We will be back soon.

The checkin was a bit weird and not very welcoming because it was the gardener or night guard and we came during reception hours. He only spoke Spanish. You won’t get any food or drinks on the entire property - not even a bottle of water or a coffee in the morning and the next place to get anything is not that close by. There’s almost nothing in the room to hang towels or clothes.

Price is going up and no extra services are being added, no restaurant nor bar, no snacks, and there is now an early check in and late check out fee that seems a little bit excessive ($12 P/P) for a hotel that only offers lodging and a swimming pool with no shade at all. Kids Swimming pool was super dirty with leaves and sand. That bar by the pool seems like a huge waste not to be put to use.

The pools and facility were very nice, lots of room for everyone. We had a walkout suite right across from the largest pool which was great for the kids. Lots of lizards wondering the property and the walk to the beach is very well done with walking stones etc

Wifi only seemed to work when you were in the main area of the resort, did not work in the rooms or parking lot for our stay.

Located right at the beach. The outside area was really cosy and had two nice pool areas with lounge chairs and lights. The receptionist was so friendly and gave us good recommendations for our travels. We got a free upgrade to family room. The room was nice with a little kitchen. Shower with hot water. Walking distance to the city centre. Good wifi.

The bed was squeky, and there was no mosquito net.

Location is excellent, the staff are amazing and the rooms a good size. Access to a great beach as well. It is a shame the facilities there are not used. Two bars not open and a restuarant. Even having an ice machine, coffee machime and a small selection of drinks would be good

The property was nice and the rooms were big & spacious. The pools were nice too!

The beach in front of the resort was not that great. The access was okayish. There was a couple with us who had a daughter and she didn't enjoy making sand castles on the beach. There wasn't a restaurant or any cooking facilities in the resort, so it was a bit of a bummer. But this is something we knew beforehand.

Well kept gardens, pools and shared areas. At night it was very quiet. Not just because it was low season, but generally the area offers a quiet area to sleep! Decent parking spots

Some of the bits and pieces of the hotel were in need of replacement, but it seemed that this was being undertaken.

Best part were surfing lessons with trainer Francesco! He was very positive and skilled. We really enjoyed surfing with him.

Good location, good pool, enough parking

Breakfast is not included, they over charge for using installation is you come earlier, even parking is not included if you are earlier, towels are not enough
