Pools. Beach front. Nice atmosphere as a village

All bars and restaurants were closed, nobody explained us why AT least am automatic vending machine could be useful to have something fresh during the day

I had booked three rooms at this Hotel and was pleased with my experience. Good location, short walk to several good restaurants and shopping plus, it's a stone's throw away from the beach. Coupled with providing lounge chairs for their gusts at the beach. Nicely design swimming pool with tons of area space. We enjoyed the evening hanging outs on the balcony facing the garden and pool. All the suits were fairly large and so was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable as well.

During our stay. We all found that the internet signal to be week. Although this place is advertise as a resort, the hotel is no longer operational as a resort same for their restaurants or bars. The hotel doesn't have the capability to dial out a toll free number to anywhere in Costa Rica, Canada nor the US.

Lovely grounds. Nice pools. Clean. Parking area. Quiet location. Good sized room. Beachfront.

4 adults but could only provide 1 key and 2 towels. Shower did not have hot water—It was tepid to cool. A chair or two on the balcony would be nice (there was a table). Strangely, we had to check in with an attendant at a gate to the parking lot when we arrived, yet the gate was up and there was no attendant when we walked back to the hotel later in the evening. The number of chairs or loungers by the pools and beach are very limited.

NIce view of the beach from room 1, yoga sessions in the morning. Walking distance to the beach, awesome views from the room. Clen rooms hot water nice AC. Hope in the very near future you can open up the restaurant again. Best regards

Maybe you can somehow find a way to cool the pool closest to the beach, sometimes when o got in it just was hot very hot, but other than that everything was wonderful. Maybe open up the restaurant in a near future.

Location was excellent Grounds were excellent and well manicured Pools were clean and convenient Service was prompt when requested Security was very evident

No Restaurent No laundry facilities Debris on the beach but cleaner a short distance away Rooms needed some maintenance ie shower tap handles towel racks etc. Nothing serious that would spoil your fun!!

The pool, the size of the room and the bathroom. There was hot water. Near to the beach. Nice windowed door in room. Nice parking area. Kids pool keeps the kids out of the main pools. Very affordable. Nice town for nightlife.

Pool bar was closed. Some things were not very clean. Resort has seen better days, the awnings and tiles need repair. This is the only location in Costa Rica where we saw a cockroach ( we only saw one). Not a good location for laying on beach, lots of debris.

Good location. Pool is nice and clean and there is a small poll for kids. They provide towels and you can access beach easily which is grrat.

The room could be more clean. Having restaurant or bar in hotel would be good option but overall we are satisfied with this choice.

Location of room to beach was amazing. They kept the pool spotless Cleaning crew was great

It is a little far from the main street, so having some kind of drink service or small store on site would've been ideal

Stuff was great, the place was big and had access to the beach.

Stuff was great but the checking was done by a security guard so there was no information whatsoever about the facilities or anything like that, also, the deal included a free breakfast but the restaurant was closed and they didn't even offer complimentary coffee. The internet was down for the most part so it was difficult to work.

I liked the hotel, the pool was fantastic and the location was perfect.

There was some banging above our room early in the morning at 8am, sounded like a hammer and then a couple were playing their music load by the pool at 8.45am. Would have liked to sleep longer.
