The people were very nice I stayed once before years ago and it was just terrible. You've cleaned it up well, and got rid of the low life's. It's nice and quiet

1. We found medium size cockroaches in top drawer of dresser. 2. The only place to take your dog potty was already filled with piles of dog crap. Someone isn't picking up after their dog that stays there. That's not nice. 3. We put the floor towel down to take shower the first nite and when we picked it up the side facing the floor was just Dirty! The floors aren't getting done good. I used to be a head house keeper for several motels. But I'm not gonna rate you bad, because the staff was very nice, And you have done alot with the place. 👏 👏

We can park by our room door. The room was very clean and cool. It’s quiet there-don’t hear traffic or neighboring rooms. The owner is super polite and efficient. She has a great sense of humor. We’ve stayed there 3 x so far and will continue to make it our Kansas stop in our cross country treks.

I wish it had a good restaurant in the parking lot.

Clean room. Clean sheets and towels. Toilet seat was properly installed and not loose. Nice big bed!

Having noisey people on both sides of my room. The hotel was not full. They could have spaced us upart so noises wouldn't be an issue. Need sleep when traveling.

Front desk employee was very polite, positive, and friendly, the rooms where very spacious and immaculate.

The rooms are a little ramshackle, but very clean and tidy, and you get a microwave, fridge, AC. Blankets and sheets very clean and reasonable quality. Friendly staff.

Not a great location, but not bad.

bathroom very clean, the sheets smelled marvelous. I asked for a late check out, which ended up being later than I plan. No problem with staff.

I expected a newer facility. When I saw the property in person, I didn’t expect much. However, when we opened the door, we had a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless, carpet new, new faucet and toilet

Nice, clean, no nonsense place. Quiet and comfortable if you don't expect luxury. Good value and would stay again.

It would be nice to have some coffee available and little things like Kleenex but no huge deal.
