The food served was very good. Well prepared Mexican dishes with local traditional ingredients. The drinks from the bar were also very nice. The setting is beautiful with a view of the mountains right up close which acquires a warm glow at sunset and sunrise. The gardens a very intersting and nicely laid out with many curious species of cacti, succulents and native trees and bushes. Very peaceful. The rooms in bungalow style are warm and inviting with rustic finishings and good views.

The shower / tub sunk in the floor of the room we stayed in was a little tricky to climb in and out of. Some sound of far off partying managed at late hours to make it´s way to the property but not so distrurbing for us.

The breakfast was wonderful. The guy who served us, Rodrigo was so lovely! He made our stay even more magical. The Temazcal ceremony and massages were lovely. There's a magic in Tepoztlan and the energy there was amazing. We met really lovely people while we stayed at Hotel Mistico.

The family room had 3 double beds in the picture, but in fact had 4, which actually was very awkward as the beds at the end weren't very comfortable! And the two middle beds were pushed together, so one of us couldn't have a bedside table, even when we moved them apart enough to get in and out! The room was great though, and lovely to have so much space! I think they need new mattresses on the beds in the family room. Also the dinner menu wasn't accurate and the food was sub-standard.

It's a beautiful place, very peaceful with nice view of the mountains. The garden and the pool are great to have a relaxed time. Parking possibilities at the property make it easy even for being a bit outside

They are very strict with noice. We have been ask to turn the music down in our room, which was only playing on our phone.

Beautiful and quiet gardens, our room had a nice covered terrace with view to the mountains and a nice chimney that we fired up every night, the restaurant on site has good quality food, all employees were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Amazing we are coming back. The staff the location perfect. Great food and service and yes yes yes. Masaje y temazcal were great.

Very friendly and attentive staff, good location and view, beautiful gardens. Jacuzzi with really hot water and nice pool. Nice with dogs. Definitely I would come back.

Being closer to nature, very peacefull place far away from city noises. Fabian was great with us. the temazcal was amazing.

I really liked everything, we got a little lost in order to find the property but everything was great!

Al of it except WAZE sending us through a horrible route.

Probably an isolated event, but a couple of noisy nights on the main guest house next door which happened to be very close to our room…

Amazing views, relaxing pool area, great on-site restaurant, and very attentive staff!
