The ease of booking and then upon arrival, we walked through the red frosted doors into a time warp, but it also had the class and elegance of a Vegas hotel. The immediate scent that was blowing through the lobby was intoxicating. The decor was top notch, and the community areas were spectacular. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the oversized tables.

I thought the room could've been a bit bigger given the size of the furniture. However, it certainly wasn't a deal breaker.

The breakfast might be the best kept secret in the area. It was the best breakfast I have had in a hotel in decades, and I have been in my share of four-star hotels. I've never had a breakfast that made me want to ask the chef about recipes, but this was different. Best waffles you will ever have...EVER!!

They need some type of shuttle service to the mall across the street. The hotel is along a very busy street/route, so it would help to have some type of shuttle to take people to the mall and pick them up. Maybe they have it and I missed it, but that was the only thing.

Everything was great. It was very clean, the staff was excellent. Location was perfect. Loved the theme.

The bar/dinner, the Violet Thorn. The bar tender only focused on the male guests at the far end of the bar, which made service poor. And when asked a yes or no question she became very defensive and left, sending over another bar tender that had no idea what was going on. I will never give them my business again.

Nice hotel in general, comfortable bed. Interesting, themed decoration. Good location outside of Boston, lot’s of shopping options available in a few minutes distance.

The room was really dusty, I plugged in my charger and by the next morning there was a visible layer of dust on it. It’s not the lack of cleaning, but still, not pleasent. The breakfast is very boring, simple and the same every day.

The location was good; close to the freeway. The amenities were as expected. The theme of the hotel reminded me of Disney's Pop Century resort in Orlando, FL. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I was surprised that despite having a desk space there was no chair. I needed to work throughout the day and it was difficult to use the chair in the room.

The room was very nice and clean, the portrait 👌, front desk people very welcoming and friendly. Food wa excellent.

Bar man had a very bad attitude towards us after we gave him a tip of $13 cash and pay our food and drinks bill with card he couldn't hide how angry he was which made us to be scared to go eat our dinner by the bar again the following night, he had no patience at all when i did not like the wine he was giving me to taste because he didn't have the one i want. His service was very cold.

The staff is great. They helped me with my early check-in and answered my questions about the city and the hotel during my stay. The room is spacious, modern, and very clean. There is a big mall with top brands (Apple, Nordstrom, Zara, Uniqlo…) in front of the hotel, and a shopping center with other popular stores (Best Buy, Michael’s, etc). There is also a Barnes & Noble next door and if you need to rent a car, Avis is just a short walking distance away. There is a restaurant in the hotel and many other options in the mall.

The breakfast was great, Ithought it was included, but all you can eat bacon is worth it. I love , love the vibe of the whole hotel. So cool. A special thanks to Francine, who educated us on the hotel. We wouldn't have visited the other floors if she didn't tell us about the cool areas by the elevators.

The air conditioner sucked, the lights didn't work over the bed area. Also the faucet came off the wall in the shower.

The location and decor were fantastic. We went on the hunt for some of the sitting areas from the website, just to take pictures there. Couldn't get breakfast as there was some sort of convention coming in, so they were shut down, have heard great things about it though.

Only stayed one night, so hard to say what could've been better. Will be staying again, so can update on the subsequent stay.

Nice rooms, we stood at top floor and had a nice view. Breakfast is good with healthy options.

First room was moldy, but we were able to switch and the second room was perfectly clean and fresh. Hotel staff took down the info about the state of the first room smell and took swift action. So after all I think it does not degrade the overall quality,..this was likely just a glich and remediated right away.
