The location of the hotel was very convenient, and it is very well taken care of. So clean and organized! The TV had great options and the channels were clear. I also loved the black out curtains for our stay, it was perfect for the little one. The AC/heating unit was very easy to use and the buttons did not have a super loud beep, and that made changing it at night great. The room also kept temperature perfect.

The only thing I noticed was the slight cigarette smell in our room, but at hotels you sometimes run into that. It was not to the point where we needed to switch rooms.

The breakfast could have been better but overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I stayed with my service dog and they were very receptive to learning more about ADA laws and what they can and cannot do regarding a service dog.

It really was not a bad time. Like I said breakfast could have been better but it was not bad. I’m just very picky when it comes to breakfast.

Amazing breakfast.z staff was seriously so amazing. I can’t remember her name but the lady that was there couldn’t have been a more perfect fit for my girl and I’d experience she seriously was so friendly it was mind blowing how at home we felt! Thank you!!!

A recently remodeled Lobby, newly carpeted hallways and freshly painted. We were very impressed. The young lady behind the counter was informative, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was hot plentiful and delicious . We were so impressed that we will be sure to stay at the Best Western Morton when we are coming to see plays at the Barn III in Goodfield, IL!

Good location, nice clean facilities, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, and good hot breakfast selections.

The bathroom was extremely compact, I'm only 5'2" (not big or tall) and had to backup and stand sideways between the toilet and counter just to close the door. Our bedroom was on the first floor (next to stairway) and could hear people walking around, luckily not a lot of people there on a Tuesday night.

Everything was so nice there. Customer service exceptional! Amenities were surprisingly good. Very clean. Wonderful stay will come back again!

Breakfast was not what I would have expected..but with everything else being exceptional I will be back.

Booking.com has not refunded my money !!! I booked 2 days , had to cancel and rebook 1 day . I want my Money back!!!! I disputed it on my credit card.

The rooms were clean and up to date. When we did see the staff they were friendly.

When we got there our bathroom had 2 tissues in the bathroom so we had yo hunt a staff member down to replace the box the next day as the maid did not replace the empty box . Upon our arrival my daughter stepped on a thumbtack that was on the floor. Otherwise it was a good experience.

3 beds in 1 room for our family just can't be beat! This was probably our favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean and the staff was great! We will definitely be back!
