The atrium and breakfast.

The patio area next to the river is really run down. The fact that I was charged a parking fee. The fold away couch is terrible. Couldn’t sleep on the mattress. The mattress protector was pee stained. The bedding in the plastic bag smelled of urine and mould. The coffee creamer in the room was rancid and should probably be replaced more often. The worst was we couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool down the room. By the time we left the room was at 82 degrees.

Staff were nice. This is my second time staying and both times it has been extremely packed with kids. But no noise staff makes sure kids are not being loud or disruptive to other guest. Breakfast is 10/10 everything stays filled on the buffet and the guys cooking are very respectful and gets things done in a timely manner. This will be my go to hotel for the next year or so while I have to travel to Peoria every other week. Beds comfortable room clean

Location to Peoria civic center is great! Room was nice, breakfast delicious.

Front desk person we got was not speaking loud or clearly enough so missed a few things he said . Not a fan of charging for parking . Not in your control , but kids running rampant, blocking elevators , playing around in the elevators was a bit much. Parents need to know what their kids are doing

The location is right along the riverfront. Rooms on one side of the facility have a wonderful view, but others can enjoy the view on a comfortable patio setting. The breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets, and our chef was talented and very personable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Happy hour includes free drinks for guests. The lobby is large and inviting. Three glass elevators are also fast and efficient.

Upon check-in, you have to put down an extra $100 deposit for "incidentals," which includes $10/night for parking. (That extra is listed on the Embassy Suites website, but not the other reservation sites such as Booking.com, so that was a surprise.) A bottle of water in your room is $6, for example. They do refund the difference back to your credit card when you check out.

I’ve stayed here before but I didn’t stay this time so I don’t know what to do with it but I’m going to stay there until the end of this week because I’m going to go get my car and go to the doctor so I don’t have any more problems with my stomach or my heart and I’m not sure what to do because I haven’t been able to get the medication for my stomach or my anxiety so I’m not sure how to get the rest of my life back but I’ll keep my head up and keep you updated

I love this hotel

Everything was clean, the welcome message on the TV's screen was a nice touch. And love the river view.

The fee of the parking lot! . Plus not much space in between parking lots and had to walk a long distance.

It had a nice lobby area to gather with people and the free breakfast was very nice.

Was not happy about having to pay to park. The parking lot wasn’t very large and we ended up parking in the lot that was further away. The carpet in our room was coming loose at the bathroom door area.

Love the view of the river and like that it’s close to highway, restaurants & activities.

Breakfast setup was awful. We should not have to wait in line (and I mean ridiculously long line) to get a couple strips of bacon, or a couple sausages, or pancakes. These items should be in the buffet like it always has been in the past. STOP putting them with the omelet making line.

The management and housekeeping were very good. They were always attentive and caring and very prompt in their services request.

The beds had to be changed when I got there and the room temp seemed a little cold or kind of humid . Other than that it was good

My room was dusty and the heat wasn’t working kept sneezing stain sheets on the bed had me nervous if they were clean or not as a former housekeeping supervisor at a different hotel I look for certain things when I come in a room
