Clean, tidy room. Comfortable bed. Slept very well.

I'm sorry but having a hotel that doesn't accept cash is the dumbest idea ever. I do not care WHO made this decision, it is NOT ok. A "Cashless Society" is the perfect storm for failure. Resturants and hotels that are doing this blindly and by order of their owners and their big $ friends who rule this Government. You know it, and I know it. The FIAT Currency will collapse soon and we'll get another form of currency (Rainbow Note), NOT Digital currency as this will lead to 100% control over EVERYONES money, including Best Western. That will equal to : GAME OVER. These are just my opinions and I'm entitled to them.

The staff are very helpful and upbeat. Rooms are clean and the property is well kept. My wife loves the coffee machine in the lobby with all of the choices and the fresh grind for each cup. Parking is plentiful and location is great right near I-74 with lots of retail shops and restaurants nearby. There is a casino close by as well. Price, breakfast, amenities are all fabulous. We think it is a great value.

Can't find anything to detract from them.

We loved everything about this property!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating for our time spent there, 8 days total! Very clean and well maintained property! Breakfast served daily with multiple options to offer!! Jolleen, Sami, and Paula were very friendly as were the other staff members, these 3 we interacted with the most! Thank you 😊 for all the support and caring you provided us when my family member was in the hospital!! You’re the Best!!!

I wouldn’t change a thing!!!

This hotel was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel room was huge with two rooms and a nice wet bar that acted like a kitchenette. The bathroom was large with very hot water and good size and with a separated sink and vanity area. Plenty of easy parking and very close to the freeway. Would stay again. 24 hour coffee was amazing.

The breakfast was a little bit lacking in terms of variety, especially in terms of healthy options. Beds were a little too soft and the sofa bed was a bit saggy. No housekeeping is slightly frustrating as well.

It was nice to have a continental breakfast! The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and cozy! It was nice to have an indoor pool to use. It was a touch cold but our kids still loved it!

We stayed 3 nights, and the room was never freshened up. Not sure what is standard practice but I would have liked fresh towels at some point. We just asked the front desk on our last night for more trash liners and a roll of toilet paper. Not a huge deal. Was still a good stay and probably would stay again.

I had received an upgrade. That being said, the room was clean. It was close to the river and the restaurants. Breakfast was good. I did not use the pool, but it looked clean. The fitness room looked nice as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

We had a late check-in, and there was very little parking. The only negative was that the parking lot was small compared to hotel capacity..

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider staying in this hotel again when booking my next trip to East Peoria.

The carpet in the room was filthy it needed to be shampooed or replaced. The toilet was filthy, again if it will not come clean replace it. The breakfast had very few health selections and the preparation seemed rushed on Saturday morning. Not everything "free" is worth consuming.

The environment neat and quiet and at the center where you can locate your next destination.

My first night of checking was very fast and comfortable. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful that only happened the first night. Every other day was ....the front desk personnel can do better

I loved the vibe. Right when I walked in and especially once I got into my room I felt so comfortable. The staff was so friendly. Everything was very clean.

My only complaint and I heard other guests complain as well is the entire hotel smelled like marijuana very bad. I feel staff didn’t do their job properly bc obviously people were going against rules and smoking inside.

The room was clean, very large and the bed was very comfy. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast offering was a nice selection of food for either staying to eat or grab and go. The workout room was private and the machines were in fine shape. Very quiet on my floor.

The room was a little dated, but that was not a big deal. The toilet was a bit fickle so you had to hold the level a while.
