Friendly,

They had problems with there elevators, and since I am in a wheelchair, there were no auto opening doors what so ever, the elevators was extremely hot on the inside, I had a definite fear of getting stuck inside since they were having problems, If I could of used the stairs I would have so there would be no chance of getting stuck.

Room was clean and no odors. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was clean with plenty of warm water and products. Everything worked. Halls were quiet. Restful night! Price was good.

Breakfast has to much starches. Building has not been kept up. Lobby and room was nice, but rest of facilities was not appearing.

Cheap room.

Stairs need salt and the bathrooms weren't super clean but got some shut eye so at the end of the day worked as it needed to.

The person hwo check me in, was a nice person, i think his name was Peter. Really good price, and in good condition.

The mattress and bathroom was a little bit out of date, but everything ales was in good condition.

The location is a good spot

Having to use the microwave in the lobby wish there was one in my room. I hate how the Baymont system works if you extend your stay you have to check out and check back in and repay the security deposit every time you extend the stay

It was difficult to find. Located in mall parking lot behind a stand of trees and the small road was poorly marked. Thankfully a call to the hotel’s front desk solved the problem.

owner was extremely nice

tall white front desk lady for am shift flirted with my boyfriend when she thought I wasn’t around, she was always on her cell phone arguing with someone about a personal matter instead of doing her job. furniture had not been moved to be deep cleaned behind in a very long time. found a Dr Pepper bottle that was extremely dusty. that’s the only way we knew that the room had not been deep cleaned in forever.

Definitely the staff! The location was right next to the mall and a plethora of eating establishments!

Minor updates but everything was serviceable and clean

Price was high. The security is not good. at 3 am some guy was outside prowling around in the darn parking lot. Water in shower on 3rd floor was LUKE WARM . BTW the desk guy at night was helpful but he couldn't explain why I needed to pay a 50 dollar deposit

Rooms are clean with fresh decor.

Not in a walkable neighborhood. Some of the common areas can use some updating. My room did not have a microwave. The first few times I stayed here, one was included.
