room was extremely good, breakfast was exceptional. The night shift clerk , Amanda went out of her way to help. as the door lock to my room froze when I came back late from a football game. She gave me the next room over as she worked for close to 2 hrs on the door to get it open to get my stuff out. which she had to take apart the lock. Apparently locks r outdated. but I appreciated her efforts and she discounted me $ off my stay. A big shout out to her

I liked everything about this hotel. only issues is the door locks to room. But I was told those are being updated. I would recommend this hotel. I'll be staying there again

The hotel was clean and the service was very good. Really convenient and comfortable for pool and sauna use. The room was quite adequate and the bathroom amenities were sufficient.

The bed in the room was very uncomfortable. Although the bed looked very high quality, it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was included but there was almost nothing to eat for breakfast. There were always ready and packaged breakfasts. I did not like this at all.

Only one makeup remover on the first night.. Only one washcloth and no bathmat to step on after getting out of the shower on the 3rd day. I (Martha Dickerson) received 2 bug bites on my leg and one on my upper back. I am not sure if I got them there, but I assumed that I got them while I was sleeping since I had on blue jeans the rest of the time. I am not complaining, just thought that you might want to have the room checked/sprayed.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk guy was warm and welcoming, which was awesome because we had had a tough day. The room was gorgeous and a 1 bedroom suite unexpectedly. The bed was super comfortable. The pool facilities were well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was in a safe place. I did not feel uncomfortable leaving the hotel at night as a woman alone.

The only thing I would say that could have made our visit better was if there was some way of ordering a movie that wasn't basic cable or have the TVs be smart TVs so we could log into our Disney+ for our toddler.

Everything, from the friendly faces at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, the cleanliness of the facility was great. The best was the Concierge shuttle driver Anthony was amazing. He was very informative about the area, definitely will recommend and will be back to stay at the hotel.

A great experience but slightly noisy during the night maybe because a school softball team was staying while I was there.

Breakfast had no labels and it became extremely difficult to determine which food was ok for a vegetarian. A simple label with a short description would help immensely.

There was a dog in hotel.owner left dog..dog managed to exit the room and began running and barking up and down hallway..this was 10pm on Friday evening.. I called front desk..they assured me they were trying to resolve the issue.

The property was very nice from the outside to the inside very clean spacious and clean pool and rooms were very clean aswell!!! they provided a great breakfast for the morning it was definitely a great stay will definitely come back when we travel back there! very friendly staff aswell anytime I needed towels I called and within 5 min they were at your door with clean ones!!

Pool and hot tub perfect temp. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to have some extra snacks available at all hours. Workers were friendly.

Carpet by bed on window side was wet (maybe had flooding earlier/). Pool did not have towels ready, and the towels we were given were ragged on edges.

Very accommodating staff, great daily breakfast, lots of complimentary offerings (daily waters, weeknight happy hour, cookies)

Rooms are dated, could use a renovation, but they were clean.
