We were given a free suite upgrade because hot tub in reserved room was out of commission. It was nice and very spacious! Like a one-bedrrom apartment minus all the dishes in the kitchen.

Housekeeping only comes every other day which is fine but we were out of coffee for the 2nd morning. Not a big deal because free coffee in the lobby was available. Also, overall, room rates in Peoria hotels is just higher than other places in Illinois. We paid $110/night for comparable hotels in Champaign, Urbana, and Springfield this same trip. The only rooms at this price in Peoria are Motel 6 quality.

Excellent location just 17 minutes by freeway to the airport. Included breakfasts were very good, saving a lot of $ eating out. There is a Panera restaurant in walking distance 2 blocks from the motel. There is a large Kroger supermarket in walking distance or 3 minutes by car. We used the market for gas as well. AC worked well.

Light in bathroom above sink was VERY dark. LG TV had a funky remote that would not allow changing to an HDMI input, which meant no streaming sticks would work. Pillows were VERY firm.

We came into town for a music festival. The staff was friendly and supportive and encouraged us to go have fun! (which we did) The hotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed staying there.

Upon check in we asked for a late check out because we knew we would be at the festival late as the last set that we wanted to see didn't end until 4am. We were told that due to the festival- they were unable to allow late check outs. We were a little bummed but understood. Upon checking out though, after 5 hours of sleep and rushing to pack and shower and get out by 11 - the lady checking us out said "Oh! you girls didn't need the late check out after all?!?" That was disappointing. We could have taken our time getting up and getting out of the room if we had known that we were actually granted a late check out.

The property overall is well-kept, clean, and close to a lot of amenities. The pool and spa were very fun for my special needs kids. The ac in the room cooled us down very quickly. But, the real reason we love staying here is because the staff genuinely acts like they want you there. They’re super friendly and took care of our every need.

Everything was perfect.

Newly remodeling evident. Staff member greeted me quickly and engaged in discussion of events in the area to see. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and offered variety. At check out the staff member asked about our comfort and noted they were working the bugs out, specifically the issue with the water temperature in the three rooms, ours and either side of ours.

The water temperature necessitated the water turned on fully to hot and it took 2-3 minutes to reach shower available temp. Water was kept fully on hot and it did not warm to uncomfortable during the shower. Two beds in this room were comfortable but one squeaked loudly when sat on our when I rolled over.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Very welcoming lobby. Good breakfast with ample seating in a connecting room to the lobby. My room was very spacious and clean. Pool area was nice. Lana the lady who checked us in was so kind and helpful with my track team.

Only one coffee machine and a long line for coffee.

Our room was nothing short of amazing! Felt like we rented an apartment!! Our living room had a fireplace which is a great added feature! Breakfast was amazing with alot of different options. Also our room was very sound proof and we heard nothing.

We were very pleased with our stay and the staff... the only thing I didnt like was that we didnt get to use the pool or hot tub as we ran out of time but Im sure it would have been nothing short of amazing as well!

Staff was helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast smelled great although I did not eat. Hallways were also clean.

Although the rooms felt clean, the walls can be better wiped down as there were unknown spots in my room. Bathroom can be cleaner. Overall good experience as it was my 2nd time at this location.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

The room seemed to be smaller than a typical room for 2 double beds. But, it was OK and the heater worked well and the water in the shower was hot. The coffee was very poor. The coffee at the entrance was not hot enough and, I believe, - based on taste, that it was not brewed but was made from a concentrate. The coffee maker in the room did not make good coffee, either.

AmericInn Peoria is one of the nicest AmericInns I've stayed in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great and I really like the always-accessible coffee machine in the lobby. Will stay there anytime I visit Peoria.
