The night staff when I called the front desk and told them the remote didn’t work. They said they didn’t have any batteries. BUT the morning staff just reached in the drawer and guess what? They had batteries. I was just a little upset.

Staff and cleanliness are excellent

Breakfast could be better. However breakfast in USA comparing to Europe is at very low level almost everywhere in USA.

Very large rooms and the vinyl wood plank floor was a nice feature. Location was great for our event.

Pricey! And the location of our room was extremely far from elevators making it difficult for an elderly family member.

The property was very clean and inviting. The rooms were well appointed with all the necessary items. The front desk staff and house keeping were very friendly. The breakfast was a full breakfast not a continental one.. I would stay there again.

The room was overly warm.. no matter what wr did to the thermostat.. I feel this was do to surrounding rooms having there heat on high.

The facility was nice & clean and had a nice restaurant with friendly staff throughout.

Crowded, hotel must’ve been booked out. Pool, lobby, and other areas made us want to stay in our room due to over crowded feeling.

Guy at the front desk when I checked in around 8pm yesterday was great! Didn’t catch his name but he had a forearm tattoo. He made us feel welcomed and answered any questions I had. Great service! A great asset for your guys’ hotel.

That booking.com had my name wrong. They mixed up my first and last name so we had trouble finding my reservation even with my confirmation code. The staff at Holiday Inn were excellent in helping me with booking.com's error.

it was close in proximity to where I needed to be. it was close enough to the airport, and it was right across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store.

my room could have been cleaner, i.e. the bathroom ; & dog upstairs running around when the owner was out
