Updated rooms are excellent! The value was great for the amenities included in the updates. Keep up the good work. We were completely unaware Motel 6 was doing updates and booked away from our normal due to time and budget constraints.

An extra entrance was provided allowing closer access from parking lot. This entrance was not kept clean at all. Many cigarette butts and paper trash was all over the area. This was a designated smokers area, no problem, however, there was not any housekeeping.... at all.... outside the door.

Surprisingly, this place extremely clean and well kept. The studio concept was excellent

Front clerks were very pleasant and accommodating. Right knee replacement so got 1st floor. When I lost my key cards they gave me another without making me feel terrible. The bed was quite comfortable but sheets yellowish. Liked having tv in both rooms. Lighting was really good. Nice to have full length mirror when getting ready. I did go out and buy a hair dryer as everywhere else I have stayed had one so did not bring one. Liked very much not having carpet in rooms. AC worked very nice and liked having it in first room and not bedroom. Made it comfortable. Microwave heated quite fast and nice having bigger refrigerator, which kept things quite cold.

Hall I walked through was cigarette smokey. Maybe those are smoking rooms? There were people standing outside in a 3 sided entrance smoking which I had to walk through to get in so that I started going in the front door even though it was much longer walk to the room. Door at end closest to room was not functional. Floor was dirty. Swept but maybe not scrubbed?? Dropped something and when I retrieved it from under wash basin by door lots of dirt and dust under there. Would be easy to clean. Washed something thick and brown off walls so that I did not have to look at them by bed. Seemed like dried boogers? Gross. Towels and wash rags were yellow. Carpeting in halls pretty stained. No hat or cold water. Always tepid, middle of both. I like hot showers.

Construction finishing quality was below average. Not very soundproof rooms.

The neighborhood had numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. This was nice because it gave me something to do when I arrived and could not check in for an hour since their computer system was down. The room was nice, more than I expected, since it was remodeled to be a room and a half, but there was only a small table and two upright chairs in the main room, no other furniture. There were TVs in both rooms. There also was a nice size refrigerator and a microwave provided. The bed was comfortable.

The heating/cooling unit was under the window in the main room. Thus, to cool down the half-room where the bed was, I had to make the main room really cold. The area between the room and the neighborhood was sketchy. The locks on the exterior doors into the hallway were broken on both doors, leaving the building exposed to those who were not guests. The back stairway was closed off. Trash was laying on the ground next to a trash can. The smell was suspicious. I parked my vehicle outside of my room and kept looking out the window to make sure it was still there and did not have the windows broken or the tires slashed.

The 1st room, had no place to sit, no coffee maker, 2 desk and a TV, in the other room bed and tv..not clean..

The doors at the back of the hotel near my room did not lock and there was a bunch of questionable people hanging around the back door close to where my car was parked ... which didn't make me feel very confident.

First they said they didn’t have a room for us, then when they finally gave us a room it was filthy.
