Noon check out was WONDERFUL! It was so great to not have to rush to get out of the hotel when we left. Having coffee available all the time was great. Breakfast was good - what you'd expect from a hotel, and it offered a lot of choices - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels and muffins, milk, juice, fruit.

The wifi was terrible. We were on the 4th floor, but still should have been able to get better wifi. It kept going in and out. It would kick me off the internet on my computer and on the tv while we were trying to watch a show. I'd like to think it was because the hotel was busy, but that is no excuse. Also, the elevator could only handle 3 people or else it might not open on your desired floor, so we took the stairs most of the time.

Everything was great, especially for the cost! Staff was Helsinki Anna very friendly. Our room was very clean. The public areas, like the pool and the hall, were also very clean. The hotel was very close to everywhere I needed to go

Honestly, there were two tiny things, and they definitely were not deal breakers. Breakfast wasn't too tasty... but there was yogurt and coffee so I was good. The only other thing was...the sign for the certification for the elevator said available upon request at the desk. Can you just put it in the elevator? That sign, combined with the one about how the elevator only likes 3 people, was a little nerve-racking.

Breakfast was good. Typical generic items offered. The lady running the breakfast was superior(skinny older lady with bright blue eyes). She made sure everything was well stocked & cleaned every table as it was vacated. Was not pleased with the elevator not working. Get it fixed. Bathroom stool could use a good cleaning under the rim. Bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was great. Was in the 90s outside but the room unit kept it nice & cool. Every staff member we had any interaction with was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Breakfast had several choices including bacon and small cheese omelets. There is a coffee machine for 24/7 coffee. We really enjoyed the pool since it is enclosed but has screen doors so it was open to the warm summer night, making the temperature of the pool really enjoyable.

It took a little bit of time for the check-in person to realize I was there. The way the windows are, it was hard to see that she was sitting near the computer in the small office to the side of the check-in counter, so I didn't call out. Maybe a bell for alerting them that someone is there for check-in would be helpful? I looked about for something, but didn't see anything. But overall, very minor. We enjoyed our stay.

King sized bed, couch, chair with footstool, coffee table, refrigerator, microwave, desk, desk chair, hair dryer, large well lit sink area with three wrap around mirrors. A light in middle of the room in the ceiling. First hotel that I have been in with enough lights. Nice TV with lots of channels. Breakfast included. Eggs, sausage patties, pastry and fruit including bananas. Elevator. Luggage carts. Nice selection of soap, shampoo etc in individual bottles.

No usb ports, but enough outlets. I didn't care, but the carpet was a little ragged between sections of the carpet in the hall on the third floor and some of the wall covering was a little warped in the hall.

Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Breakfast was excellent every day(5) we stayed. , we brought our cavapoo dog and was very comfortable. Pool was great. Staff very helpful. Last night saturday the kids were running up and down hall at 10:30 at night. I called the front desk and it was handled quickly. Five minutes and no more kids running. Parents should know what the kids are doing at a hotel at all times. Not the staffs responsibility to watch your kids. Thanks Beat Western, will be back!

Convenient, clean and very friendly staff. They were very helpful and easy to work with. The breakfast was great. The woman in charge made sure everything was refilled as needed and was training a new person while keeping everything fresh. The room was quiet.

The door was not soundproof. We could hear people in the hallway especially if they were talking. Get soundproof doors on the rooms. There was nowhere to set down clean clothes in the bathroom. There needs to be a shelf or table or something.

Check in staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean. Coffee maker in the hallway was fun. Located near lots of stores and restaurants and very near the civic center where our musical was.

I don’t love the $25 fee to check in 30 minutes early. If there is a room ready/available and no extra work is required, why would you charge? Also not being able to change the method of payment at check in isn’t convenient. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The location is very convenient — just a short drive from both Bradley University and downtown Peoria, making it ideal for visiting the campus or exploring the city. I also appreciated the available parking right in front of the hotel, which made coming and going easy. The rates were quite reasonable, offering good value for the area. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A warm breakfast was served with several fruit options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The staff is always wonderful. Breakfast is delicious with many options. Rooms are always so clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, so close to so many places to eat/shop and just a short distance to the interstate.

The elevator at this location is a bit finicky. However just means I get my steps in using the stairs and has fortunately been fine when arriving and departing when I actually need to use it.
