Didn’t stay at the hotel for breakfast, but dinner and drinks were great. Miss the yummy apples they placed in the room.

They had a very old accent chair in the room, which clashed with the rest of the decor. The shower was clogged, it wasn’t draining properly. We also noticed that we could hear everyone in the hallway that was walking, laughing or going into their rooms. Luckily, we brought a white noise gadget that allowed us to sleep. Seems that walls need additional insulation.Everything else was fabulous, especially the mattresses, pillows and linens.

The hotel is very nice and the room was very comfortable. I did not use the pool but it looked ok; I used the gym and it was quite good. Location is excellent.

Breakfast was good but did not have too much variarety and is expensive. Fortunatelly there is a mall/plaza just in front and there are good options there.

Opportunities on room 505 clean up. The team missed to perform room cleaning. The front desk staff performed the cleaning late night. Lucy, front desk staff, did not see me during check uo. Never did an eyes contact. I did not liked it. Problems to perform check in on line. Tw times intent. Once, finally I did the check in on-line, Lucy requested do it again at the from desk when arriving. I waste my time.

Location was perfect! Many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The staff were exceptional. We received excellent service. Everyone was kind and very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable.

The fitness room needed more maintenance. Ran out of towels 2 of the 4 mornings and the AC did not seem to work well which is not the best for working out in August in Mexico. I was surprised that such a nice hotel did not offer a mini fridge in the rooms. We stayed 5 nights so a mini fridge would have been nice. We only had coffee in the room on arrival. The housekeeper never replenished. I know I could have asked for it but we were out all day and usually not back in our room until late evening. And honestly, I don’t think I should have to ask for something that obviously needs to be replenished.

My TV was not working. A cable was disconnected. I suggest Housekeeping turns TV on just for sake of good order. Also, the cold water in the sink, inside the bathroom did not have working cold water. I reported it and was not fixed. Room has to sinks, but it is not right that the cold water is not working in the bathroom sink

Breakfast was incredible! Alltough we "just" had the continental breakfast, there were loads of fresh fruit, yoghurts and sweet bread to choose from. The buffet breakfast is absolutely incredible and people from the whole city come to have it and socialize with their group of friends.

Nothing really to not like, everything was great. The rooms are a bit more "rustic", but that is to be expected with the style of this charming hotel that seems to be a staple of the history of Monterrey.

The location was great to walk to restaurants and around Fashion Drive for shopping. The best part of having the vehicle was able to drive myself around and Costco was down the street a few minutes.

I happened to be there at the hottest week at over 110 Degrees! Sometimes it did feel that the AC did not go as cold as I would have liked, but I was very comfortable with the stay.

Location is great!

Wierdly chocolate pieces they gave as a greeting were really old, even started discoloring. Same was about butter - it was not stored properly - most probably they do not have enough refrigerator space. Breakfast was all right. not as expected in 5 start hotel, but still good.

I like that the hotel was clean , the breakfast included was amazing and delicious, the staff was very helpful.

The only gripe was the key card kept failing and I had to go back to get a new card , not really an issue but it was annoying having to go back down and get a new card once you couldn’t enter the room.

A second stay of a week in three months and can't wait to get back. Super hotel, super room, super food and extra-super staff throughout the hotel. Very much a home from home. A special mention to Liz on the front desk who was professional and friendly always and an example for all staff.
