Great location. Clean. Loved the communal kitchen, dining, and living room. Very clean and cozy.

It was irritating that I tried to pay online and was told I had to pay at the property because I was not a resident of Japan. When I clicked pay at the property, the price instantly went up with no warning and there was a no cancellation rule. This was very misleading. Breakfast buffet was big, but chairs were dirty and stained, and the food selections were not to my liking. I enjoyed trying some new things, but a couple of western choices would have been nice for the price.

The main hotel had a beautiful view overlooking an infinity pool and a hot foot bath and out onto the ocean. The main lobby area was clean and had multiple options for seating and relaxing. There was a huge buffet area for food services and I enjoyed eating dinner and breakfast there. And I also enjoyed grabbing some baked goods at a smaller counter in the main lobby on my way out for the train ride to Osaka.

The main building was a different name than what I had been reading on my information and so I was unsure of where to go for a few minutes as there are three buildings total, but I asked a person out front by the parking area who helped me. My room was facing the road, which was relatively loud in the evening and morning times.

Loved the onsen area. It has 3 levels below and the lowest part you can enjoy the sea view! The design in the hotel reception area was unfussy yet elegant, with gatcha machines, bakery and the souvenir shop in one area. We booked the "Residence" part but even that was very good - the self-service kitchen looked chic, views were amazing, and the couch area was spacious. Appreciate the vending machine and honour-system shop area!

The bakery is half-closed every Tuesday and Wednesday when we've arrived and we didn't have a chance to eat their fresh bread/strawberry desserts. But other items like packed food and coffee are available.

My family was firstly surprised by the sunset at the Terrace which was located on the ground floor; then by the different types of hotsprings offered by the hotel. The self-kichen is fully equipped where allows us to enjoyed the fruits such as water melon and peaches grabbed from the Tore Tore market. It also allows us to reheat breads grabbed from the Bakery. Don't miss the crossiant from the bakery of the hotel. Get one to the JR before leaving. Afterall, we loved this hotel and we will come again.

We were in Shirahama for workcation and seamore residence had good facilities for that. A shared kitchen/working space with secure wifi. We also got access to the main hotel and was able to use their amazing onsen! The hotel is a great place for any sized group/ couples/families with lots of amenities (onsen, nap room, play room, karaoke, golf simulator, billiards, restaurants, music room etc). Guests also had the option to choose our own Yukata from reception. 200% would stay here again.

The pillows in our room was rather uncomfortable otherwise eveytging else was great!

It’s near to almost tourist attractions and i like it most especially because it’s near the Shirarahama beach.

There’s sand in the bed sheets even though it was just exchange. I think it was not thoroughly checked when they exchanged the sheets.

- Seamore Residence is divided into two buildings (Key 1 & Key 2....and it looks as though more are on the way) - we were in Key 1 which has a great view of the ocean. - Overall we love this place & would highly recommend it. There’s a spacious self-catering kitchen with decent lounge & deck. The bedrooms are well appointed - very industrial, with exposed concrete. Each has a large fridge/freezer, but you need to go to the kitchen if you want to use a kettle. - Being able to access all the facilities of the hotel next door makes it all worthwhile - a fantastic modern onsen split over 3-levels, with a sauna (open daily 05:00-10:00 & 15:00-25:00). - There’s an excellent bakery on the ground floor that has a vast array of freshly baked goods (sweet & savoury), and does a good latte. Plenty of places to sit inside & out to relax and enjoy your baked items etc. Lovely foot onsen on the terrace too. - Shirahama Beach is perfect - perfect white powdery sand (they remove any seaweed daily) and ideal for swimming (perfectly pleasant in mid-May)

- it’s very difficult to know what room you’re getting, as many of the rooms are different within the same category (ocean, moderate, standard & basement) e.g. when calling the hotel to seek clarification, we were told all rooms in the basement had a small window only - this is not the case at all for 1002, 1003 or 1004. - There are plenty of cups & cutlery, but no plates in the shared kitchen! Bring plates with you if you plan on eating self-catering. - a group of 12 people took over the kitchen for ~5+ hours on one of the days we were there (and we’re pretty sure they weren’t all staying) - so watch out for big groups dominating the large shared spaces. - Given most guests seem to want to microwave ready meals, I’d suggest getting a 2nd microwave for Key1.
