- amazingly helpful staff available 24/7 - nice pool - yummy breakfasts with good variety - spacious rooms - value for money - soigné territory We needed a working space and asked hotel staff if it was possible to find some table. In few minutes the table was in our room. Our luggage was carried from the car to the room during the check in and in an opposite direction during our check out. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and smiling every time I saw them. It made us feel comfortable and cozy like home. There is a good variety of breakfasts which were tasty and pretty affordable. Al a cart menu was quite good as well. So there is no need to go to a caffe or a restaurant/varung, The hotel is not big so mainly we were alone at the pool, it was never crowded. The room cleaning was offered everyday with towels and bed linens change, and bottled water was provided in daily basis. Price is pretty affordable compare y to similar properties in the area. We will definitely return back to Mudru resort once again in Ubud.

The Mudru Resort is amazing! I’m so glad I chose this place to stay. Beautiful hotel with exceptional service, the staff made sure I was super comfortable and nothing was too much to ask. Rai, Jun and Komang were all super nice and friendly but especially komang!! He made sure I was happy with my room and helped to remove a geko, and when it wasn’t possible to catch the geko he changed my room for me. He is very knowledgable about Ubud and will give good genuine recommendations on things to do based on what you like (not the usual places they recommend tourists just to get commission). He has a great manner with guests and is an asset to the hotel :)

Nothing, it’s perfect

Very peaceful property away from the business of ubud and close to lots of fun day activities. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a grab to collect us. The food options were delicious and very reasonably priced, there was enough variety for a weeks stay. The garden around the pool was so beautiful and well maintained by the staff. The head of staff Nada was so friendly and helpful, as were all of the staff we encountered. We would definitely visit again!

Shower temperature needs adjusting.

The room was like on the pictures, we had a room with pool access. We liked the breakfast, you could choose from more options. The pool was nice, especially during the night with the lights. It is cleaned every day by staff. Motorbike renting is available. The staff is not speaking english very well, but you explain what you want.

The bathroom could have been more cleaner e.g cleaning the scales. The motoebike renting was interesting as we had to pay the higher prices for a smaller motorbike with the reason this is a newer one (it wasn’t).

The breakfast was very very good, delicious and fresh. The staff was very friendly and tryed to help and made everything possible. If there was a problem they tried to solve it immediately. The room was okay and had a balcony towards the pool. The garden is also beautiful, a paradise.

The room was a bit older. The bed was worn out and the mattress was horrible. I slept very bad and got back pain after the first night. They tried to fix it, it got a bit better and I was able to sleep.

The property is nestled in a lush but pretty secluded area. It was quite green and refreshing. The rooms and other areas were very clean and well maintained. The beddings were also of good quality. It was quiet. Too quiet. You would hardly hear the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Trip to the center takes around 30minutes. While it was far, booking a ride through grab was very easy. The food was so so though, I enjoyed their mie goreng for breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn’t mind staying there again ❤️

Distance. Quite far from the center and food hopefully improves.

Everything from the room to the pool to the staff was simply perfect. We are telling all of our friends to stay there when they visit Bali!!!

I loved everything

We had a wonderful stay at The Mudru hotel. It matches the name perfectly, the place where you can find peace. Location is quite good, all important landmarks are like 30 minutes away. You can also walk to a beautiful waterfall nearby. And there are very cute nice cafes around. The hotel itself is very cosy, the staff extremely caring and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Has a beautiful pool, you feel the authentic vibe of Ubud.

The beautiful Mudru Resort was my home away from home. I was for work in Ubud and stayed here 3 nights. After that I kept extending for in total a month. It feels very luxurious, the rooms are spacious and clean, it has a big pool with perfect temperature and the people who work there are amazing. Especially the girls Winda and Rai. There is overall a very relaxed atmosphere. The area is very green and quiet (that last part is unlike a lot of places in Ubud) with a lot of waterfalls close by.

Breakfast was quite nice, I loved that we had multiple options every day. Though by day 6 it started getting repetitive, it was still a wonderful breakfast with a lot to choose from.

So many insects. We even found a gecko in our room on the last day, but that's to be expected if you're staying in Ubud I guess and it's not the resort's fault. We also didn't ask for room service everyday so maybe the staff would have caught it if we had :D
