Family of 4, 2 kids. We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. There are three swimming pools, everything you need is within easy reach, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices – the fresh fruit was absolutely delicious. The beach is right in front of the property, sandy (not rocky), and the sea was clean. with our rental car, stunning beaches like Akoli Beach just 20 minutes away Highly recommended!

We stayed in one of the Florian Apartments, located in a very charming building within a newly renovated complex managed by ABH. Unfortunately, our bathroom was quite old and had leakage issues. The apartment itself was spacious but in need of some refurbishment, especially the bathroom. Another downside was the presence of mosquitoes – perhaps a disinfestation would help.

Filorian Hotel Apartments belongs to Acharavi Beach Hotel, a very modern and beautiful resort with a great and rich breakfast buffet. You can also add a dinner buffet for €24 per person – the selection was large and everything was delicious every single day. The staff are truly friendly, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better. We booked a beachfront view at Filorian Hotel and got a room on the first floor – I’m sure it had the best view in the entire resort. The price for the room was excellent, we really got a great deal. Even though the room could use a bit of renovation, it was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two pools, suitable for both children and adults, and the sandy beach is just a few steps away. Our kids could go independently between the beach and the pool without any problem. Umbrella with two sunbeds cost €6 per day, and the king-size canopy beds are €24 per day including two coffees and a big bottle of water – definitely recommended. There are two restaurants and bars directly by the beach/pool areas to choose from. The staff were wonderful, prices were very reasonable, and there was no loud music – just nice background music, with some live music on certain nights, which was great for families with children. The resort itself is huge, offering a playground, tennis courts, ping-pong, another pool, and a gym. We also booked massages for both adults and children, which were fantastic and very reasonably priced. The best surprise for us was discovering that the resort has its own tortoises. Since we are big turtle/tortoise fans, it felt as if this place was meant for us! :) All in all, I must say I have never been this satisfied with a hotel booking. I can only highly recommend this place: great location, excellent value for money, friendly staff, and so many amenities.

The room could use some repairs, but this didn’t bother us much. It would also be great to have mosquito nets on the kitchen and bathroom windows, since there are quite a lot of mosquitos in the area.

Lovely property with its own beach access and plenty of space to lounge around the pool. Breakfast selection was exceptional and one of the best I have ever seen- spoiled rotten for choice, very tasty as well. It starts at 7:30 which is perfect for those of us who are early birds. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room (apartment) we had was a bit basic, oldish, but comfortable nonetheless, with ground floor patio space which is handy for drying towels and swimwear.

They charge for the sun beds on the beach, and even though the charge is very small (6€), I'd expect it would be free for the hotel guests. The pool opens at 9am and sometimes they are still cleaning it after that, which is not a big deal, as the sea is tight there, but if you're someone who likes to do laps before breakfast, this is a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located on the Acharvi Beach Hotel complex which comprises of three pools and also includes a delicious buffet breakfast. The hotel has a pool directly behind it which leads onto the beach. There are also sun loungers which you can use by the pool for free. There are bars and restaurants very close as well. Everything you need in one place! The hotel also had facilities to store our luggage and showers for us to use after check out which was really useful. The hotel is accessible via the A3 bus from Corfu airport (~2 hours) and Corfu old town (~1.5 hours). The bus also takes you back to NEAR the airport (the bus terminal) from which you can easily access the airport via number 15 bus. Note: bus only accepts cash on board.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable but was fine for 2 nights. The apartment itself it quite outdated and could do with a referb, especially the kitchen.

The location was perfect, right om the beach, with sunbeds, umbrellas etc but there were also 2 swimming pools for the hotel & apartments use, also with sunbeds & showers & changing facilities . Our ground floor apartment had more or less everything we needed for self catering, although we mostly ate out at local tavernas. The apartment was clean, comfortable & spacious. The only criticism was that the kitchen & bathroom were a bit dated & needing upgrading. The lounge/ bedroom was fine & had obviously been renovated quite recently. One of the highlights of our stay at The Filorian was the fantastic hot & cold buffet breakfast. it was included in the cost of the apartment, most unusual but very much appreciated.- loads of choice, all fresh & nicely prepared or well cooked. The staff in the hotel couldn't be more helpful or friendly, also in the bars & restaurants, with excellent food & drink. There was music or entertainment most nights, again very good. Very near to the centre of Acharavi with supermarkets, shops, bars, tavernas, trips to book & bus stops to Kassiopi, Roda, Sidari & Corfu Town. There was a family of adorable, cheeky kittens there too, who were getting fed by hotel staff & some guests too! We would love to return sometime & will recommend to friends & family.

It was right on the beach, the breakfast was included and it was really good! They cleaned the room every day, although a bit late in the day. The pool is clean, you had plenty of sunbeds. There are many restaurants nearby and a hotel restaurant as well. Close to the acharavi center as well, 5 min walk.

The room smelled really bad like old furniture. They tried to fix it but it still smelled pretty bad, the hotel should have a big renovation. Also the bathroom, although it was renovated had a poodle of water from the shower that did not drain. Even if you closed the shower door it still leaked and had to be cleaned manually. If the room would not smell I would give it a 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment overall, with a few minor inconveniences. The location is absolutely unbeatable – the sea is just 20 meters away, making it perfect for anyone looking for easy beach access. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and pubs nearby, which really added to our experience. A special shoutout goes to Mr. Nico, the barman at one of the local pubs, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. His service truly stood out and made our evenings memorable. However, we did encounter an issue with the lock on our apartment door. It got stuck and needed to be changed. Unfortunately, even after the replacement, we continued to have trouble getting in and out of the apartment. The problem was eventually solved, but we did experience some inconvenience during our stay because of this. Overall, it was a lovely experience with some minor hiccups, and we’d still recommend it for its fantastic location, great breakfast, and the warm hospitality from people like Mr. Nico!

We stayed at the Florian as a family of 8 and had a fantastic experience. The ability to use the facilities of neighboring hotels adds to the overall 4-star vibe, with plenty of loungers, dining options, and swimming areas available. Plus, the beach is just 50 meters from the rooms. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast offers excellent value, which was a pleasant surprise. Restaurant prices are reasonable too, with a 0.5L beer costing around 5 EUR. If you're looking for a great place to stay and don’t mind basic but comfortable rooms, the Florian is a great choice.

The WiFi is poor, this didn't bother us at all to be honest, and it was nice to take a digital detox. The main hotel probably had better but we never felt the need to use it.

Side ocean view with balcony was lovely for watching sunset. Onsite restaurant was good, sunbeds affordable too. Long beach for walks. Good location to explore north beaches (with car). Staff were very friendly, accomodated our requests and gave excellent advice on local beaches, restaurants and day trips. The included breakfast was varied and well presented.

Our shower door was broken the 5 days we were there and the lounge had a rock hard sofa with a tiny tv stuck up in the corner behind it. Luckily we dont worry about the little things and enjoyed our stay there very much, so not a big deal for us.
