We didn't gamble, just stayed for a night on our long way home along with our well-behaved dog. Loved the hotel room very much: very safe, spacious, clean, modern, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows and with much appealing and well appointed bathrom. Had my best sleep at night for as long as I can remember. I would definitely stay again at this hotel when in and around Memphis.

Access from the interstate to the hotel. We missed the turn for the hotel parking and ended at the back of the casino at the parking garage. It was a long way to haul our luggage from the garage via elevator through the casino to the hotel front desk. Also, I understand the rules and security issues, but it was a bit annoying to go through a metal detector and to show the driver's license every time we wanted to retun to the room from the car and/or lobby.

First the staffs were nice when we show us and they show us that they glad we here with a nice smile than they give up our key and say enjoy our self It was real nice in our room it was so cozy we went to the casino had a good time got up that more went to breakfast look to eat at the buffet but they say it don’t open until 11:00 but the restaurant that we ate at were nice and waitress she was very nice

Nothing wrong with the property but I feel you could open up buffet up early so people can eat that check out at 11:00.

A unexpected top-notch casino with very helpful motivated happy staff.

The hand cleaner dispensers are not being refilled. As a businessman myself that kind of thing can result in more and more neglect. I hope it stays as nice as it is. There for three days and the dispenser on floor 10 was never refilled not that big a deal, but small details, start turning into big deals if crew isn’t taking care of business. I will be making my reservations for this weekend. On my way back home love it. stay detailed the small ones count to.

I loved the location. I was on the 21st floor and it was a great view for the sunrise over Memphis! Bri in housekeeping was wonderful. She cleaned my room on my second day and she was so friendly and done an excellent job. I loved her little notes she left to enjoy my stay.

The only complaint I have is there could be more little towels available in the room where you don't have to ask housekeeping

Loved the casino. Had the best time there and won some money.

The hotel itself while it was remodeled could use improvements. First the walls are paper thin. Heard room next door blasting music. Next the bathroom outlet was not properly installed and couldn't be used. No way to use a hair dryer. There was hair in the sink and bathroom countertop. Yuck! Only one coffee cup had to share that one. Restaurants were expensive and hours didn't make sense. No vending machines!!!! Other than that 👍

I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The security on site were friendly, helpful and made our entire stay much more comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view and was very large, so we had lots of room to stretch out comfortably. We are from Toronto Canada, and would definitely stay there again, if we're in the area.

I really cannot think of anything i didn't like, other than i wish i had won more at the casino. Maybe next time.

Very clean, comfortable beds, top security, convenient and safe. Nice showers!

I called for towels for my double queen room and never received them. They only supplied us with two. I was not happy about not being able to shower the next day due to no towels. The smell of the hotel once you enter room area is extremely strong, I would recommend using something different for an air freshener.

Beautiful inside and clean. It felt safe within the property. The rooms are exceptional! So comfortable and quiet. Showers were amazing. I started way longer than I ever have. I cannot say enough great things about the rooms. I didn’t come for gambling so I can’t speak about it. The restaurants have great food.

The staff was nice but not on it, for lack of better words. They were just there! Extremely nice when you speak with them but if you need them you have to seek them in a way.

There was a lot of parking. Bathroom was spacious, beds were comfortable. Liked the bottles of water. Liked that there were restaurants on site.

The front desk person was not very friendly. We were staying with our pet and had to go through security every time we took her outside. The walls were thin because we heard 2 alarm clocks going off in other rooms in the middle of the night. Stains on carpet.

The bed is worn out on 1 side. Probably just from people sitting on the side of it. So sleeping was not very comfortable. At the fry house restaurant..I think thats the name. The food wasn't that good and the serving size of the cole slaw it those ketchup cups was ridiculous for the price we paid. To charge 25.00 a night for a microwave is ridiculous
