Great location and wonderful balcony/condo.

The parking. I was told I would have an assigned parking space, but when I arrived -- parking was on a first come parking space and I was in a van - some of the parking spaces were tight. You didn't want to leave the facility because coming back you might not have a parking space. I know there was additional parking across street, however, I don't think it is right to make paying guest cross street to park. I couldn't understand why I didn't have a reserved space (as told). Only draw back.

The location was excellent. The local property manager (Vacasa) contacted me on the third day to see how things were and was very responsive to an issue: there is an exterior hallway light that shines into the bedroom constantly, making it like daylight in there all night. A previous review had indicated this had been taken care of but it hadn't. The manager sent someone over to install curtains that helped for the most part. Would definitely stay here again!

Bring your own coffee filters (Mr. Coffee basket type) in case the ones I left there are gone.

Super easy directions & how to get in! Gorgeous views! Super clean & comfy & perfect for a couple or with kids. Kitchen had plenty of stuff to use to cook. A great stay! Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area! Absolutely nothing to complain about! It was awesome!

Conveniently located, but not crowded.

The parking. We were only provided one space and had to make accommodation for our second car which was inconvenient. Other properties we have stayed at always have parking for at minimum two vehicles.

The view was absolutely amazing, and the facilities were in good shape. Parking and check-in were easy to navigate.

The curtains in the living room would fall off when we tried to close them and the rack hit us in the head a few times. There were no additional trash bags for the kitchen

The location was great

There were multiple lights out in the room. There were no phone charging stations. it seems it just needed an update. The furniture on the balcony was very dirty.

It was affordable and not too big.

The hot tub wasn’t working for half our stay and when we got ready to leave, there were no carts available. We were on the 15th floor and we had to make two trips to get all of our luggage.

The beach views are beautiful. Quiet. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Parking was free and was right by the elevator.

We would of enjoyed extra comforters because the ones on the bed were thin. But the thermostat worked fine.

The location of the facility was perfect. The property sits right on the beach and is close to a lot of activities.

The property that I looked at on Booking.com was not the property that we actually rented. Not sure why they show pictures of any unit and the property and then rent you a different unit. For that reason I will not use Booking.com in the future.

We loved it all. Very clean, updated and just a walk down to get to the beach. Also loved the view from the 14th floor
