The breakfast, bed, furniture layout (I usually just keep my stuff in the luggage and the wall cabinet is conveniently designed for that). The space in the room was good.

The mini fridge was a bit noisy (reasonable noise). I didn't need it so I unplugged it. The AC was also a bit noisy but it was OK since it was not hot. That kind of noise is expected for this kind of hotel. The cable TV was offline in a morning, it seemed that this was general bug in the hotel as the TV was giving me a message of "no signal" indicating a room number that did not match my own. Also the TV in the breakfast room was also not working. This was only observed in one morning.

Although I did not use the pool, I was very surprised that during spring break in Florida, a hotel that makes a pool and spa available for guests leaves it with so many dead leaves floating on the surface + covering the bottom. I pitied the young boy who jumped in the pool and exited quickly.....

Location proximity to the VA Medical Center was ideal! I would love to see the VAMC enter into a contractual arrangement with this hotel to provide accommodation to disabled veterans who come into Pensacola for medical treatment. The accessible shower/bathroom was perfect to meet our needs. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! It was delicious cooked hot food, with a variety of other options as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and offered sugar free pancake syrup!

The first floor room we stayed in was very near a side entrance/exit door, which slammed very loudly multiple times throughout our stay.

This is a nice facility that was in a good location for our visit to the National Naval Aviation Museum. The breakfast options and dining room were good.

The price has gone up significantly from our stay here 11 months ago. I was also surprised at the $25. "incidentals" charge that was required.

I loved the location staff made us feel so comfortable and welcomed.

I wish there were better breakfast options. Or if the pancakes were cooked a little longer they were a little too undercooked for us

We had to check in approx. @ 0230 due to flight delayed, they held our reservation without any problems. So grateful. The bed was super comfy and the sheets were amazing. Loved the large bathroom and room. Really liked the closet set-up, plenty of space. Breakfast was great with a variety. Toiletries available. Great location to visit NAS and our Sailor. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking and it's free. Festive lobby for Mardi Gras, so fun.

I loved that everyone that worked here was so nice and helpful! The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast everyday was hot and delicious! When I had to cancel my previous reservation because the hotel had roaches and I didn't have anywhere to go I booked my stay here! It was after midnight on Sunday night so of course it said my check in time was 3p.m. but Kendra I believe was her name fixed it to where my family and I could go on and get in the room since we had traveled all day! She said I'll adjust this so you don't pay for Sunday because that day is already gone! I appreciated that so much! I then talked to Lance about a charge on my card in which he fixed immediately! It was such a delight to stay here and be so comfortable with my stay because everyone was so friendly and caring!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer because I had to go back home!!! There was nothing I didn't like about this place!!!

It was a great location near the corry station base and different food places. It was not too far from different places to go.
