Beautiful new property with lovely view of city and bay … nice lobby area with bar and breakfast/dinner service (even during holiday) and terrific staff. In particular, Samantha made our holiday trip with older relative just wonderful, by insuring we had the room features needed and a great time!

Chris was very nice and informative about our stay and any questions we had. Jake was great as well. He checked on us every now and again and made sure we had every that we needed. Breakfast was great as well and the waitress was phenomenal.

Nothing at all everything was fine.

Very clean property, walking distance to the arena.

Have stayed at this property 2 times within a month of each stay, the first time was told no fee to park the second time was charged $10 to park.

The entire facility was very nice and clean, the front desk staff were very nice

We had a good experience! All employees were very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean!

Overalll everything was great.

Our room had a strong smoke smell which is unusual for this property. Hard to adjust to smell but was only room available so we stuck it out. Everything else was perfect.

This property was brand new when I stayed and the facilities were clean and fresh.The location is also a plus as it is located in downtown and close to certain venues.

The breakfast was too expensive and it should be included in the costs.

The hotel rooms were very clean. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was good, you have the option for a breakfast buffet or from the menu.
