Bright cheerful. Food at breakfast was pretty good, lots of variety. Nice shower. The heat/air conditioning in the room is very responsive.

Needed to get a taxi from airport. When I asked for the shuttle to get back to the airport in the morning it was a big deal. My big issue was not able to get coffee. The room only had decaf and the coffee that came with the breakfast was the worst ever. I found the bed and pillows too soft. If you stay longer, they only provide housekeeping every second day.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We had some difficulty at check-in and the front desk staff member was incredibly patient and helpful. The property was well maintained and was constantly being cleaned. Breakfast was pretty good. The location of the property was central to everything we did. It was also nice having a Publix and Starbucks right next door.

The location was great as i needed something close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle which is very handy. Thefe is a shopping center nearby with couple of restaurants and shops. The best part was the staff, Kristin at the desk helped us with a special taxi. She went above and beyond

The rooms were on a smaller size and the beds were too soft. The price was high but i admit it was a 4th July weekend

The staff was very helpful and I was able to reheat some take out for dinner in the breakfast area. That was very nice. The hotel was fine.

The decor is really ugly and I hate the new squeeze bottles of soap, shampoo, etc because I have arthritis in my hands and they are difficult to use. I also thought I had booked ",the Hilton" so I was a little surprised.

The floor in our room was filthy. I had surgery Monday morning and once back at the hotel I went to bed and never left the room. The only placed I walked around was the room and the bottom of my feet were blackened with dirt. It was disgusting. I sent an email to the GM and got no response. Everything else was good but that totally changed my impression.

Everything! Rooms were super clean, breakfast was fabulous, hotel grounds were immaculate, staff was friendly and accommodating. After leaving Tampa ahead of Hurricane Milton we just needed a place to stay for the night. We had a terrible experience at a neighboring property and end up leaving. Made our way over here and we so glad we did!!

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was super clean and the staff was spectacular. Ashley was at some points working both the bar and the front desk. She was kind, super helpful and handled multitasking with grace. Paul was super helpful and friendly during breakfast. Both Paul and Ashley went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of.

I like everything.

Customer services was great, the lady was amazing changing to a different room due to air conditioning issues, close to the colosseum for my graduation, clean room, easy to check in/ out.

No issues except the air conditioning but I was given another room . Breakfast was ok, but need someone to refill items as soon as possible.

There was no coffeemaker in the room. I don't drink coffee so it was no big deal, but your advertising On Line indicates this available in room.

It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good!

It is sort of difficult to get out of the parking lot since you can only go one way.
