Breakfast was great! Nice clean, quiet room. Great price and location.

There was no one at the desk when I arrived at 3 PM. After a 10 minute wait I called the Hotel and when someone answered I said I need to check in and a person came out of an office to help me. I felt that if they were busy or eating lunch they could have monitored the desk via the camera.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of eggs, bacon, pastries, eggs with english muffins, and other assorted goodies. Location is very close to the interstate with easy access. Will be more than happy to stay there again.

Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Location was excellent, we walked to Chuck E Cheese - right behind the hotel and there is shopping/dining within walking distance as well. Breakfast was good. Price is in the middle so it's worth it.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. All the staff were pleasant and personable. The pool was very nice but water was a little cold for my liking. Liked having juices and milk available daily.

Breakfast was AMAZING. Had something for just about everyone. LOVED they had fresh apples and bananas all day AND in the evening they had baked cookies at the desk. India, at the front desk is super sweet and helpful. She made our stay so enjoyable.

Need more gluten free breakfast options (like the spinach quiche - yum!) please. Sleeper sofa mattress was thin & difficult to sleep on. The kids had a super difficult time sleeping on the sleeper sofas. Other than that, everything was great.

Large room with very comfortable bed, fridge, coffee pot and large bathroom. Very good breakfast with egg, cheese, sausage croissant and omelets.

Our room was on the interstate side that made it noisy to fall asleep. Once we set Constant Fan it was better.

I forgot the kids name at the front desk but he was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable /clean stay. Beds are phenomenal. Breakfast is better than I’ve had in Pensacola’s hotels

The pool should be heated. Lol

This hotel is the perfect place to stop on our trip! It’s right off the highway and next to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast the next morning just topped off our stay.

Place was really clean for a double bed it was comfortable breakfast was nice staff was really nice great location o will be returning when on Pensacola

Price of snacks was kind of expensive

The breakfast was great - waffles> The staff was very helpful with informing us of places to visit. the housekeeping & maintenance staff was very pleasant to talk with to find the GOOD food restaurants.

The wife didn't like the pool wasn't heated.
