All the staff from the manager to housekeeping, front desk, kitchen are performing their jobs at the highest level possible. You should be thankful that you have such a great staff. Keep them happy because they deserve it. The only thing that could use some improvement is the beds are a little uncomfortable. I think we were just in a room that us rented a lot. Staff offered to move us. But we chose to stay in the room it was so convenient to us. If I could give you all 110 percent rating I would.

Beds could be a tad more comfy. Would be nice if you had a room available with a recliner. Some people can’t sleep laying flat.

The room was spacious, also the bathroom was really clean when we arrived. The pool was always clean and loved that they had the towels right there for easy access.

I don't think the mini fridge worked correctly it wasn't cooling all the way. Also, would have liked a little more options for the breakfast, the waffle machine wasn't working for our entire stay.

The location was easy to access, clean and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable, but I am a bit picky about my mattress. Not really related to this location, but the app and joining the Bonvoy "club" was not very intuitive or easy. I would up having to call for assistance and it turned out someone had entered my zip code incorrectly. Innocent mistake but caused some frustration.

Everything was good, the grounds, the lobby/dining area, the room & the staff.

Didn’t like that everything in your little store area was very expensive, I mean $5 for a Gatorade & $7 for an ice cream sandwich come on now. Also I don’t think 3 luggage carts is enough for the size of the place, the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the mattress, had to fix the fitted sheet like 3 times before 6am!!

The front desk was super helpful and really nice, always greeting us. It was very inviting.

We were there from Thursday through Sunday and housekeeping never came by to drop off new, clean towels or make the bed up. It was like they put us in the room and left us alone until we checked out. One of the 2 elevators stopped working as well too which was just a bothersome.

I stayed here 5 weeks so one learns a lot. Pros: The room design, I'm not kidding it is a stand out. For a 3 star hotel it is a very nicely designed room. This is the "SpringHill Marriott on Creighton, not near the beach. It is a nine year old building, grouped with a "TownPlace" Marriott and a "Courtyard" Marriott. All three together. Mine was "Spring Hill" which is owned by a franchisee the Mc Kibben Group (?) The "TownPlace" one also Mc Kibben owned, is set up with a kitchenette, but it seemed a bit dirty and rough trade, the "Spring Hill" Marriott is nicer; and nicer enough so that i gave up the kitchenette. The "Courtyard" Marriott one is a corporate owned hotel and i haven't been in there to look. Lots of varied shopping across the streets if you need things, super many choices from a big Dollar Store (handy) to groceries to ..everything really. The pool is nice, 15 meters long, pretty darn good for a 3 star. I think not chlorine pool, nor salt but I think oxygen, so you chlorine sensitive people are ok. That's part of the reason i booked this hotel, I like a decent sized pool, and for a three star, you do very well here. Grounds are well maintained, and it shows. The engineers/maintenance are good and so are the desk people, the breakfast people, housekeeping etc.

The cold breakfast, oatmeals, cereals, yogurt, coffee, waffle machine are fine. Adequate plus. The fruit and bakery stuff could be better quality, but don't have to be either. Good enough. But the eggs and sausage, they should be discontinued or replaced with something better or different. Microwaved scrambled eggs in a bag and microwaved sausage in a bag, ugh. I understand they don't operate a real versatile kitchen, it's a three star hotel not four or five. But I would try to find an alternative hot breakfast solution. Other than that i can't nitpick much and i was here a long time.

Wonderful surprise, was looking for a place near the airport. Wasn’t able take advantage of the amenities since we were staying for the night for an early trip. Appreciated the recommendation to Bubba33 restaurant

There wasn’t fresh hot coffee, we were up so early, would of liked to have grabbed a fresh cup of coffee before leaving.

Had to leave day early due to very bad sprained ankel with boot- 11hr car trip to Ftla and request a day refund -hotel made recommendation to booking but hotel hasn’t heard from booking to make exception for day refund -I’m 76 yrs old -attended daughter college graduation-a valued booking customer asking for exception

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are quite nice, a really superior designed and appointed room for a 3 star. The architect that designed and appointed those rooms should get a prize or something, it is rare for a room design to be good enough so you notice it. Good office reading and desk space, big good shower and bathroom, and attractive muted greens and blues compliment a really good room layout. (facility is 9 years old, but well maintained). The staff was very gracious, very. Kind and thoughtful. Also funny. Remember i stayed there for a touch over five weeks. The pool is a nice one for a 3 star 15 meters long and the standard 3-5 feet deep. Not a bathtub. Big enough to swim in and you'll often have it to yourself.

Part of the breakfast could use an upgrade. Most of it is adequate, standard 3 star fare. But the hot breakfast, the oatmeal is good, but microwaved eggs and sausage part needs a ingredients quality upgrade. The yogurt and bread are tolerable as they are, but honestly should also be improved for just a small marginal extra cost.. But that is about the worst think i can think of. I stayed for quite a long time, five weeks or so in a series of bookings. The location, meh. There is all kinds of shopping in the many malls near the hotel, but it is a hotel in the middle of many concrete malls.

I had a wonderful stay the staff was all very friendly and helpful! The only complaint I have is that the room is only cleaned every 3 days. I would feel more comfortable with every other day, or maybe fresh linen daily then the every three days would make more sense. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Otherwise, everything was fine.
