loved that it was in walking distance of Jason's Deli. The Hot Tub with plenty of towels was a great feature. The front desk happily printed some things for me as their office space was working at the time. The rooms were clean with plenty of room.

Wouldn't loan me a fan......said it was a fire hazard. Need a fan to sleep. Our room was next to the ice machines so it was noisy at times in the night. There was someone playing loud music at 1 am either at the pool or in the parking lot on our end.

Due to big thunderstorms, my plane was cancelled and I arrived after midnight (12:20a.m.) on a different flight. There were no taxis available and for some reason Lyft and Uber were unavailable for this airport. So, I called the hotel and explained my situation. Thought their shuttle stops at midnight, they sent their shuttle anyway. I was very grateful for their great customer help and service.

The breakfast offerings were very good and reasonably priced. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The shower design is a bit strange in that you had to be under the shower to turn it on. So, you got the cold water shower before the hot came through.

the staff was exceptional from front desk to bar to shuttle they all made us feel welcome and assisted, very helpful and attentive to each and every request. Despite not providing every day room service hotel was extremely clean. Toiletries were up to standard and green.

My wash sink had Gibbs of toothpaste. One large one and 2 other spots. Cold shower started after enjoying a few minutes of hot shower… and no shampoo to wash hair once cold water hit.

The breakfast situation was the only negative aspect of our stay. We did not have breakfast. We all thought $14.95 for the breakfast was too high after paying almost $200.00 for the room. The room was very clean and the pool and spa area was amazing!!

That’s the most important thing to me, it is clean sheets!. When I get into my room the first thing I do it is to check the sheet if they are clean. But I got disappointed because the smell of the sheets were like used! Normally when they are clean smell like fresh, bleach, etc. But this time not!

Overall, the people were very friendly. Food at the bar was great. Location was great for our purposes.

Our shower door hard to open and close… left a big puddle on the floor after one shower and was very slippery. Was told needed to order towels the night before when asked for towels… was able to get new bath mat to replace soaked one. Bed too soft and a little saggy. Would have preferred cleaning at least one day. Door to our room had just been repainted and was sticky the day we arrived.

Very clean, pleasant staff; easy check in and out. Super comfy bed. 😊. Plenty of towels. I liked the toiletries provided in bathroom.

There was a very nosy fan in the hallway just outside our door, but the room must have been well insulated as it wasn’t too bad with the door closed. I expected complementary breakfast at this price.

The place was very clean and always smelled nice. The pool was perfect!! The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. The location was perfect was in the middle of everything.
