The room was very nice and spacious with very comfortable bed! The pool was a nice size, but was freezing.

The girl who checked me in was not very pleasant. It may have just been a bad day, she didn’t do anything wrong, but was just very short with me and not what I expected. And I was the only customer in there at the time.

Liked the Friendly staff and easy booking online along with it being pet friendly.

Room would of done had more cleaning details such as bathroom especially in the shower, had a few mold spots. Ceiling of the room had a few water spots.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking and very close to Cordova shopping mall and several dinning options. Very short walk to Pensacola airport. Great for very late arrivals or early departures.

The hotel felt a little dated.

The couch had stains all over it! Not clean at all! The air conditioning was not holding the temperature we set it on! We would set it on 72 at night and woke up with it on 75.

Very friendly check in. We were going through a stressful time and the person helping us was patient and did not rush me when I couldn’t find my ID right away. Also, on checkout, the gentleman was so friendly and kind, and took us to the airport quickly with a smile. We felt like we were valued.

It doesn’t offer any special rates for medical travel

The bathroom in my bedroom was dirty, the toilet was stained and the curtains below were stained with green Mo.

Breakfast not so good. Elevators are in bad shape, like the doors close real quick and it is HARD to stop the doors from closing. Some of the carpets need replacing.

The check-in process was fast and easy. The gentleman that checked us in was great and very polite. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.

There were no blackout curtains. Just very thin blinds, so the light came in very easily and was right in my face. The room need curtains.

The location was great. I was within 10 miles of everything I needed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very satisfying.

The first room I was in had an issue. It made me and my 2 daughters very uncomfortable and upset. However, when I went downstairs and expressed my concerns to the staff they moved quickly without any questions moving us to a more comfortable and acceptable room. The staff was really awesome.

How close it was to the airport.

There was only 1 person checking everyone in. I was the 4th in line and it took 15 minutes to get checked in. Several more came in and by the time I left there were at least 10 waiting to get checked in.
