Dining area was clean n nice, but is way too plain, and needing a more warm n inviting decor appeal.

Although breakfast was appreciated, it definitely is needing an upgrading in ,"quality" of food being served. For Example. Please offer a few more fruit choices, instead of a plain bowl of hard-core apples. Appreciate the turkey sausage, but noticed it as a meat was the only meat served and only available on weekend. Need to serve a breakfast meat, beyond the weekend, for those of us that are still here on Monday's, including some people just starting their work week. Need to provide a blanket in the rooms. and amixture of firm n soft pillows.

Overall clean and well kept. I liked that it was close to most things. Overall staff were friendly- especially the lady who helps with breakfast

A few things- we parked in the back closer to our room and there were no lights back there at night. It made coming home not as nice because we couldn’t see week. Also, we stayed for 4 nights. After our 3rd night we asked to have our room cleaned. We came home that evening and it wasn’t cleaned. A bit frustrating since we didn’t ask much and considering we didn’t have one room refresh in 4 nights. Also, orange juice every single day at breakfast was watery due to ice.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. It was close to the mall and airport and about 20-25 minutes from Pensacola beach. It was a quiet hotel and tucked in on a side street in a quiet area. I had a queen bed and a pull out couch with a kitchen.

I would have liked to have a bigger variety for breakfast. However it’s close to restaurants and a Starbucks.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only issue I had was the kitchen was not stocked with anything. I went to the front desk to get some dinnerware. The receptionist said the hotel was about to be remodeled and changed to Staybridge. All the silverware, etc. had already been removed from the rooms.

We were there for eight days, five of which they only had continental breakfast put on the weekend. They served the full country breakfast that was delicious.

Clean and comfortable with good complimentary breakfast. I was a little bit disappointed with complimentary dinner though. It was too simple.

There was one one shampoo set for 4 people for 2 night stay and 4-5 towel sets. When I asked more towels, one of the cleaners said I have to bring them dirty ones to get new ones. I asked extra pillows ( for sofa bed) and pans ( pan was missing), they brought them through room service which was a little bit strange. I was interrupted by them many times because of that delivery and cleaners who was asking about our checking time. I already informed them I was going to leave at 12:30 but two people were knocking door to ask us and one phone call from the desk to ask us the same questions. They were hard workers and seemed to take care of facilities very well but they need to communicate each other better.

I was expecting more for breakfast. But I loved the bagels❤️ everything was still good and fresh.

The towel exchange. I didn't know that we had to ask for more towels, after we put out the old ones. Also there wasn't any dishes in the rooms. But thats small, everything was still perfect.

Very courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Chose the facility in large part for airport shuttle but found out it doesn’t run early. Breakfast was unimpressive.

The staff was very nice and polite. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was exceptional, just not a wide variety, but still very good. The women that made breakfast were extremely nice and helpful.

The tv service kept going in and out.

The location and cleanliness was fantastic! The breakfast was great and changed a little each day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable and room size perfect.

Had to go to desk to get towels for the pool. One night they were almost out of towels. Dishwasher in room broken.
