Location, close to places we where we were going.

Checking in and out person, had zero personality. If I wouldn’t have spoken to her, she probably wouldn’t have spoken to me. She needs to know that she is in the hospitality business. The tissue box only had a few tissues and they appeared to have been pulled out and stuffed back in.

Staff was great.

The elevator needs to be worked on ASAP! It's slow and shakes. Very scary. The breakfast is not good. They water down the Cranberry juice it's sour. The scrambled eggs and omeletts were terrible. I think it's the egg substitute. Not good. Muffins tasted stale. So sorry.

I arrived well before check in time, around 12:30pm. I only waited about 30 minutes before my room was ready. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Even the breakfast was very good. I am a former Hampton employee and knew what to expect. They exceeded my expectations! If I come back to Pensacola in the future, I will certainly check in to staying here again!

I have no complaints!

Friendly, warm & welcoming staff. The hotel was going through renovations in some areas but, it did not negatively impact our stay. Our room was very large, nicely appointed with many plugs & USB ports that were conveniently located throughout the room.

Everything was nice & comfortable.

Breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in a while. The people doing the breakfast are doing an awesome job. The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

Check in took a little longer than other Hampton inn. T V did not properly work. Parking lot was a little dim an didn't seem secure.

Location, staff and cleanliness

Staff were friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed when dealing with guest services. The hotel is beautiful compared to others in the area, however it's a little expensive.

Overall clean and great breakfast with great kitchen workers.

Room had a odd scent but not so bad u couldn't live with it. 2nd nite i rebooked unexpectedly, I was charged a $25 "amenities" fee I think because I grabbed a bag of chips

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, very warm and friendly. Allowed us to check in very early as soon as the room was ready and even offered breakfast the morning we checked in. Very clean with updated rooms and new carpeting.

The price was higher than hampton inns in other cities but it seems it’s in line with other hotels in the area. The faucet in bathroom was oddly placed making it a bit difficult to use for its intended purpose.

They had a great variety of items to choose from and the eggs were delicious. The two kitchen workers were very accommodating and saw to it that the breakfast bar was always clean and well maintained.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
