Rooms are large with everything you need including extra sheets and pillow for the pullout couch. We had a 2 queen beds with pull out couch suite that had a full size kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. It even came with dishes and utensils and with an option to bore a portable range. Which was great.

The door on the bathroom. When closed there was a gap between the wall and door which didn't really give any privacy to the person in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom only had a standup shower. A bathtub would have been great.

The two front desk attendants are fabulous, friendly and very accommodating- Hello Ladies! Notable is the cleanliness of the lobby & breakfast area. Many breakfast choices to suit everyone. Loved using real plates, cups & glasses. The breakfast staff are fabulous and it shows that they care. The lobby has the best coffee ; freshly made on a regular schedule. All the public areas are clean. Even has a great BBQ area for guest use. Many food choices close to the hotel also.

Had an issue that the manager, Sarah was reluctant to adequately address and she was rather churlish & standoffish in her attitude. Needed to get to Sam’s before they closed!! But don’t let that stop you from staying there-

The hotel itself and the staff and breakfast were all amazing. Very friendly staff, lovely wide variety of food for breakfast and very spacious rooms, very well equipped, beyond my needs but wonderful.

I rate the location at a 1 out of 10. If I could have given a zero, I would have. Terrible location in the worst commercially overgrown place in the country. Huge highways with poor entrance markings for the hotel...and just before you are forced to enter the on ramp of the main highway. IMPROVE THE SIGNAGE FOR THE HOTEL ENTRANCE. That you all can do...then move the hotel! I would never stay here again. Your hotel and staff are WONDERFUL...it is all the location. You can't walk to get food. Everything is a drive on massive highways to low end stores. Sorry.....

Location convenient to I-10 and easy access to downtown. Comfortable bed, spacious room; refrigerator and microwave and counter space, dishes, utensils. Wifi good. Breakfast selections varied.

Blackout curtain didn't reach the window sill. Location at I-10 entrance meant noisy cars into the evening. Staff was helpful but not trained on the office corner/printer setup in the lobby.

Convenient to beaches. Several options for hot breakfast. Friendly staff.

Getting into parking lot requires u-turns. Parking is not adequate, construction containers half of parking area. Get deals through Booking, then hotels adds additional charges.

I was charged $1371 when I checked out which over drew my account. The room had been paid for IN FULL prior to my stay. When I called to ask about the situation. I was very rudely informed, I’ll get my money back in 3-5 days and there was nothing more they could do. They also could not explain why I was charged or allow me to speak with anyone other than the manager. I will not be staying with you again

Everything about our stay was amazing. The room was perfect and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Having a small kitchenette saved us from eating out too much and not wasting left overs. Staff were very friendly and respectful.

There wasn't anything to dislike but breakfast was repetitive.

The breakfast was delicious ! I had the pleasure to meet the breakfast chef Ms. Cindy . She was very pleasant and helpful with my selection of choice for breakfast . Her smile lit up the lobby , just a beautiful person !! Your entire staff was amazing ! From the front desk clerk Ms.Shaye to your HSK Supervisor named Kaithyn ! These ladies made my stay simply amazing…

We liked pretty much everything about the hotel

About the only thing that fell al little short of expectations was the lack of breakfast choices. However,, it is FREE, so I guess I should complain. They always had cawfy, so that does make up for it.

I wish there was more options. Also, chocolate milk.

Don’t put children on top floors. They should be on the first floor. You could hear the kids above us running across the room over and over. We were told there was 4 children. I would have given it a poor rating, but because the staff fix the situation and move us to a different room we gave it a 10.
