Liked · Convenient to literally everything,retail stores and grocery stores! It’s very quiet & the suites are beautiful, well equipped, no safety concerns & spacious! I love this place & would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term vacation or temporary stay! There’s nothing I can honestly complain about & No there isn’t housekeeping services everyday. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking to stay long term to provide yourself with extra toiletries & household cleaning items as these are definitely apt suites & not hotel rooms! Dennis at the front desk was also funny & very welcoming, thank you Dennis!

Located next to Panera, Target and other shopping and eating options. Excellent staff who went above and beyond. Lots of parking and nice, safe courtyard if you want to sit outside. Large and fairly well-stocked kitchen with an island to eat at.

You need to bring your own paper towels and liquid dish soap. They provide one dishwasher pod. You can purchase these items at the Dollar Tree across the street. Ice cube trays in the freezer are your ice option. This property is newly constructed and there are some minor cosmetic issues (painting, drywall repair, etc.) that still need to be addressed. A small grab bar next to the tub would be a prudent addition as well as a place to hang the hand towel in the bathroom.

Very well located next to restaurants and supermarkets. Clean, quiet and cozy environment, with everything new. Kitchen equipped with everything we need to cook some meals. Comfortable beds and pillows. We were very happy to find this place the day before our arrival. We had another reservation at another hotel, but we chose this new one because we could cook and have more freedom with the family and it was the best choice. The closest beaches are 20/30 minutes away, but it would still be our choice again.

The building is new, so I think they are still adapting some things, like the kitchen faucet, which is not a kitchen faucet and is very short. When we needed to wash something, the water would run all over the sink, wetting the floor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was dusty on the shelves and under the sink so could not utilize those spaces for our toiletries. Check in was smooth. The staff is not always at the front desk during the day so you need to call them if you need something. They leave at 8pm so if you need something before that you need to plan ahead. They delivered sheets without any blankets and one set did not have a mattress protector. Frustrating because by the time we came back to our room it was past 8pm. The stairs were Main complaint is that other guests were smoking on the third floor balcony that overlooks the middle of the hotel. It made the whole area smell like smoke. Also there were a lot of dogs that were sometimes noisy early in the morning or late at night. I suspect this is mostly due to the evacuation because of hurricane Milton. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back if we are in the area.

Stair areas are dirty. Bathroom needed to be dusted. People were smoking outside of their rooms. Dogs from other guests were loud during quiet hours.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was also affordable and accommodating for our needs. The courtyard in the center was a nice addition.

Nothing really to complain about! You could hear noises from surrounding guests in the area but nothing to really hinder your relaxing. I noticed several people had animals which is fine but I would suggest having specific rooms that are designated as pet friendly because no matter how clean the rooms are kept they will eventually take on pet odor and some customers are not nose blind to that scent. We have experienced a lot of that in our travels lately.

The room we had for family of 5 was nice everyone had room. Dishes in cab for use. A lot of parking all around the place. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Grocery store right next door and close to bypass for easy beach trips. Felt safe there nice clean area. Everything you need for short or long stay nice little workout room nice laundry room. The app was a lil buggy but it was handy. Over all the goods really out weight the bad.

We was to get there between 3-5 pm got there at 4:50 pm and because I didn't answer email that day we was driving in or room was cancelled. There was nothing bout an extra fee for dog on website got there had to pay extra $100. It opened the week of the 4th of July we got in on Tuesday left on Saturday. Only day there wasn't someone there working on what I don't know was Saturday. Also our stove handle was dented before we got there with no one ever staying in that room before.

The bed was comfortable, the space was set up great, the staff was so nice.

The kitchen was not stocked well. We had three pans to cook. One was broke, one was rusted and the third was burnt on the inside so you couldn’t use it. The coffee maker was molded. On the outside it looked perfect but there was mold on the inside.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. The staff was amazing especially Kristin. I hope I spelled her name correctly. Only con was there were some rowdy guests next door to me that kept us up until 2:30 in the morning. The staff handled it by kicking them out in the morning. My other suggestion would be to have a designated area in the hotel for people who are traveling with pets.

Too much noise. Walls were paper thin. Room next to me was blaring rap music and there was continual thumping and loud voices way after quiet time. Some if us staying there had to get up early for work.

The hotel is ideal. The daily quiet hours and new facilities make it especially attractive for anyone living here. They offer free coffee downstairs, and Publix and Target are right next to it. A perfect place for a holiday! But it's better to book via phone to get the best deal.
