Great place for the Price!! Front Desk Staff was on point!! Very Helpful.. There's a $50 deposit required staying at this hotel so keep that in mind.. It was a very comfortable and clean room. Ended up staying an extra night there .. You can literally walk to get something to eat without getting ran over.. lots of places to choose from!! That's what we did..

The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't notice a pool on property

Hotel located near major highways. Easy in and easy out in the morning. Hotel staff was great for check in and check out.

The room was clean and acceptable. The comfort of the bed was really bad. It felt like I was leaning towards the edge about to fall out (mattress worn badly on outer edge 1-2 feet). Mattress felt like it had rocks inside from the springs.

The room was clean and comfortable and smell good and easily accessible and quiet surroundings good AC system they had a great rolling shower which is what we were looking for as I am needing wheelchair accessible the staff was great and friendly and welcoming

There was no fridge or microwave like it said there's was going to be and there was a table and rolling chair that made the room a little small for the wheelchair we just moved them... and the lighting in bathroom n above the bed some of the lights where not working and we could have used some extra towels

The room was very clean....staff was friendly

There was a total of 3 of us in the room but when I asked for extra towels and rags I was told only 2 of each per room........umm.....there were 3 people in my room. That's really the only setback I had.

The evening worker was rude but he did correct it but I don't see the receipt for both my rooms that I paid deposit for and haven't gotten it yet but he was a little busy so I understand his mood

Very affordable!! Could use tweaks here and there but over all for the price it was a nice stay for my week

The room was super clean and comfortable.

The things I was disappointed about was their was no refrigerator set my stuff in to keep cold and no microwave so I could warm up something to eat.

The staff was extra helpful when I checked in, she even stepped outside to point me in the direction of where my room was, the rooms smelt, looked nice and clean

price right for location 20 mins from pensacola beach (casino beach) left luggage on accident outside my room at foot of outside stairs and personnel retained it and kept it secure until i retrieved it. It had my new laptop computer in it. Thanks staff AND Management. John O

small roaches in bathroom, second floor. Just keep bags off ground, they do like to stow away with you. But i know better, since i travel for my employement.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and I had everything I needed so I’m satisfied

The website says that each room has a refrigerator and a microwave but that’s not the case. I didn’t complain but a lot of people did.
