Very roomy, nice cold air, overall clean. Not a bad location.

No breakfast, room could’ve been a little more clean for the price of the stay honestly, but it wasn’t horrible. Beds and pillows 10/10. Big rooms. Plenty of space. Good area to stay kinda busy around rush hours on the main road, but nothing too crazy. Really close to the interstate quick little trip to the beach. Staff was friendly. The elevator however was down the whole time we were there except that last day. Definitely got cardio in on this trip. Free washer and dryers and very clean gym and laundry area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was equipped with what I needed. Very helpful staff, from front desk, to people doing day to day cleaning, all smiles, made me feel like family, really!!

bicycle seat in gym was dysfunctional, and there was only one bike, so I couldn't bike. Treadmill was great and very nice laundry facilities and free coffee all day/night. Very comfortable place.

I loved the cleanliness of the room, how we had. our own little kitchen and just the location of the hotel overall. We had a grocery outlet next to us, fast food places, great restaurants around, gas station and even the mall at 12 minutes away. I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel again. Very friendly and nice staff as well. My time here was great overall, I do recommend.

I can't even find anything I didn't like about this hotel. I loved everything about it.

On my reservation I was to get a King size bed in my studio room. Well I didn't, I got a queen instead. The staff argued that sometimes the bookings with outside venders don't match what they have available. That is not right and shouldn't be. I showed them my reservation that showed I paid for a King size bed. Please put the difference of pay back on my credit card for not getting my King size bed. Thank you for the recliner in the room! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a nice size, and the facility was clean overall. I didn't feel safe, despite the constant flow of traffic.

I didn't care too much for the location as it was located in the same plaza as a grocery store. You also had a guy selling household items on the corner where you would exit.

Last minute visit from Tallahassee to escape hurricane Helene. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Appreciated being on the 1st floor as we were traveling with our dog. Room was clean and the kitchenette was a nice surprise!

Watch for the hair on bed linen. I travel with disposable sheets so it wasn't an issue, but still a turn off. Most hotels are having this issue lately.

Location near interstate so easy to travel. Staff courteous. Room nice and comfy, bathroom and lobby clean and up to date. I used pool area which was neat and clean w nice covered patio adjoining it. Complementary coffee available downstairs.

Vagrants at nearest short distance away at redlight, which Pensacola has lots of, BUT NEVER felt unsafe at property.

The room was very nice; it basically had everything we needed in there. I'm not sure if it had been remodeled or what, but the facilities seemed to be new and very accommodating. I have no complaints about the room itself.

I did not like the outside of the property first of all. When it professes to be in an IHG hotel, you just look for something different. I don't really know what the IHG is referring to though, but the outside leaves something to be desired. It's a pet friendly hotel but who came up with the ideal that pets can stay in any room? You've gone too far with that. Just like there are smoking and non-smoking rooms, there could be rooms that are only for pets to stay in. I'm sure that's why the carpet hasn't been changed in the hallways; the pets will just ruin it again. It looks a mess.

I loved everything about this hotel! Very comfortable bed, they have everything you need to cook with in the kitchen, bathrooms are very spacious has Dove soap, Shampoo Conditioner Hand wash soap and lotion which smelled so good, restaurants and grocery within walking distance of the hotel

Everything was perfect

The maintenance and housekeeping personnel were very friendly and displayed helpful and courteous behavior…it appeared they have great pride in working there!! Almost as if they had ownership in the building! I really was impressed with those chance encounters!

There was an acidic-like smell coming from the ac/heating unit. I reported to the front desk. The gentleman removed the Long Distance charge from my bill which resulted from my ordering. a “local” Jimmy John’s sandwich delivery. (Incidentally, the sandwich shop was provided on a list of local recommendations upon check-in). While I appreciate his removal of the long distance charge, it shouldn’t have been a charge for a local call recommended by the hotel. It was insufficient compensation for the sour (acid or vinegar like smell coming from the ac/heating unit. I purchased Bath & Body Home Fragrance to use in the room to mask it!
