Location. Front desk staff is friendly. The roll-down shade works better than tradicional drapes. Room layout is fine. That's all I have to say but the bar is not fully green yet. Tony Bennet is the greatest American singer of all times.

Air conditioner is too loud, although it can freeze a bottle of water if needed. The cleanliness of the room is good, but some paint stains here and there and other maintenance flaws make it look not so clean.

The Staff was very professional and they prep cleaned the already clean room before you arrive. When I walked thru the door, the room smelled CLEAN! The sheets were FRESHLY pressed and clean. Not a spot on them! They smelled fresh out of the cleaners, and I LOVED THAT! There were newly looking tiles and paint on the walls. I would most definitely come back. Lastly, to see this place being operated by my Afrikaan brothers and sisters was a SIGHT FOR SORE EYES ❤️.

There wasn't anything I really didn't like, however, there was one thing but I could tell it was a MISTAKE by cleaning staff. Because I feel it was an honest mistake, I won't mention it... However, make sure you get EVERYTHING out of the room after cleaning before the customer arrives. Really, no compliantS!

It was quiet. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was always courteous and helpful. It was a great value for the price. It was by no means a 5 star place but I also paid a 1/3 or more of the price of a 5 star. I was thankful there wasn't riff raff hanging around. We felt comfortable coming and going at all different times of day and night. By 10-11 pm all was super quiet in the area. We didn't hear other people in other rooms. It was well worth the price we paid!

Possibly only sometimes only hearing noise of noisy neighbouring rooms, but the staff were always helpful to resolve.

The room was in good condition, the tub looked new, clean in general. Despite being close to a road, no noise was heard inside the room. It has shops and restaurants nearby and the center of Pensacola is 20 minutes away.

The TV remote control didn't work very well.

I like the location of property. close to highway, restaurants, stores. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I requested a room with no carpet and the staff were very friendly and made it happen for me upon arrival.

I didn’t like on one of the nights people were noisy in the parking lot outside of my room until around 11 pm

Honestly I was expecting way worse. But it was just what we needed we had plenty of towels and they cleaned the rooms well. We were just in for 2 nights so it was perfect for us. When we travel on short trips we don't look for the most luxurious because we want to use that money actually doing things so it was just right for us.

I loved the location. This hotel is much nicer than the reviews and stars that are displayed. Staff is friendly and very helpful, the room I was in was clean and well stocked.
