This hotel is across the street from Pensacola Bay. It is next to I-10 with easy on/off access. It is surrounded by a forest, which is beautiful, peaceful, and blocks most noise. It is very quiet at night. The breakfast is fine. It is similar to most Quality Inns; including make your own waffles, a bar with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, etc. This hotel is a great value. As with anything, it could use improvements, but the value could be lost with increasing costs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, if asked.

Minor maintenance issues as with any older building. There were no real problems.

The beds were comfortable and the 2nd room was clean and they have dove shampoo conditioner and body wash with dispensers hanging in the shower plus a regular size hair dryer and large size towels the staff was great and moved us to a better room right away when I showed her the picture of the comforter on the bed

They charge $150 deposit the ac leaked condensation inside the room on the floor and the bathroom is very small and the shower head is very low it's hard for a tall person to be under the first room we had the comforter was stained and dirty looking and the cabinet was broken the pics are of the 1st room the 2nd room was very nice

The bed was comfortable, the linen was of good quality, the pillows were excellent, the amenities were well appointed, the towels were soft and fluffy and overall the best room I have stayed in for under $100.

The Breakfast. Knowing there is a Denny's next door and a Waffle House down the street the only thing appetizing were the fresh bananas, orange juice and coffee. Only if I did not have the nearby options would I have tried to make do with a bagel, egg & sausage sandwich. A Belgium waffle maker and cups of waffle mix would have been a plus.

This stay was very comfortable, the floors is what I look at when renting rooms, I love the new floors, no carpet, carpets hold odor. Comfortable beds, tv was Netflix we were able to connect an watch our favorite shows, the Dove soaps were a plus, we didn’t need to use our own, the Bluetooth speaker, towels for two nights. Great stay, would definitely come back. An a added bonus the pool was open.

The weather! It rain but the room was pleasant enough to stay in all day.

I liked that it was close to the beach and close to a lot of food options it was nice and clean

I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came to our rooms not once no new towels no new sheets and wash clothes and I feel the pool could be open later than 10 it was a good amount of people out there and a bunch of kids we were all on vacation and wanted to still have fun it’s a tourist attraction and it’s extremely hot there other than that it was a great stay

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. And the way it was made up by staff was so inviting. There was ample enough towels and and amenities in the bathroom area. Very clean! And the fact that we were able to stay with our fur baby was the best. She had cataract surgery and we needed to say overnight was great! We felt as if we were in a very safe environment. This was a night of severe weather and we felt safe. So thank you for everything. We will stay again I’m sure!

Pen and pad in room and a bible would have been nice.

Easy to access from the highway, making it ideal for weary road warriors. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. Overall, I’d highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable place to stay while traveling

It was nice and clean.

I didn’t like how I paid online and then when I got there the girl made me pay an additional $150. I told her I paid already and she said it was a deposit and would be refunded. She lied. So I paid $132 online then $150 when I arrived. No one will answer the phone either. And the room was only $112.

Easy access location. Only about 10-15 min away from the beaches. Staff at front desk friendly. Room great for the price. Relatively quiet during the stay. Cute towel and flower décor throughout the room, and even a welcome note!

Room was never cleaned during the stay. Even when the do not disturb sign was down. Luckily, the room was clean when arrived and we weren't very messy.

I had alot of issues with flight times being changed and the front desk was flexible and understanding. Housekeeping was diligent and focused on their job, so they didn’t get the message. Lol. It was still an amazing stay overall.

The shower heads were very low. Water pressure was great but the shower heads being so low made it difficult to enjoy the shower pressure
