I like the location is minutes away from everything you'd need to get to by foot or by vehicle. The facility is quiet and the staff is really polite.

The only con I didn't like this visit was the building I was in didn't have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I booked late so availability was my fault. Out of their control.

We stay here often and always have a great experience. Rooms are very nice for the price and if you are lucky enough you could land one of their triple rooms. 1 king and 2 full size. This alone makes traveling as a family super easy. They have a really nice pool area as well. Always have pleasant experience while dealing with staff. Close proximity to multiple store and restaurants.

Not that this is an actual negative but complimentary breakfast has changed from hot breakfast to "brown bag" breakfast since covid not a deal breaker by anyeans. Really have nothing negative to say about this place.

The staff and location are awesome.

The AC didn’t work. The room was so hot. I didn’t call down to the desk though because I was tired and by the time I realized it, it was late and I didn’t want to move rooms. I’ve stayed here quite a few times in the past though and never had this problem.

I always love staying at Days inn by downtown Pensacola it's like home for me it's my place away it's my getaway I live in Pensacola but it's just so comfortable to me there and I just love everybody that works there they're so kind and compassionate I don't go anywhere other than days and in Pennsylvania because it's close to my home fresh air and look all around the city so it's great I love it thanks Days inn just noticed that there was one more space so the smiley faces should be this place is rated number five for me so I didn't see the other face on the end so I rate this place a five

The only thing I didn't like was that I went through on a Wyndham site and Windham promised me a free night so I use booking.com as well and so they kept shooting me out the whole time so I chose booking.com because they're always so good as well just like Days inn but window is doing false advertisement evidently because I tried to book a room so therefore I didn't book a room through and I just don't appreciate promising something that they didn't follow through with

Clean rooms . Updated artwork and floors! Good for those beaches! Free breakfast was easy and convenient for a quick snack!

No dedicated laundry room , just dryer lint and people doing laundry in a breezeway second floor ? Some employees I didn’t get a name complained about work , cussing and loudly saying her hate for this place in front of customers? Not good but hey we all have our days !

A few blocks from downtown, easy to get anywhere from hotel.

Breakfast was ok, not the best. No hot food, just oatmeal/grits, pre-packaged muffins and hard boiled eggs, bread for toast, juices. Would be nice to have two chairs in the rooms, at least one office chair and a fold up even.

We only booked for one night but stayed three as there is such a lot to do and see in the Pensecola area, and this is the perfect base to start each day. Staff were very welcoming and answered all our questions. Fantastic value for money too!

Nothing to dislike.

Having the extras in the room like the blow dryer and such was nice. We were not expecting that. The room smelled musty and our sheets were a bit damp when we first arrived. That was not pleasant especially since my niece has severe allergies and asthma. Fortunately, she did not have any issues.

As mentioned above, the sheets were still damp when applied to our beds and they didn't dry until our 2nd day there. Housekeeping also did not ever stop by our rooms to refresh our towels or anything. It would have been nice to have had something like that done while we were out during the day.

Wish there were vending machines in the other building along with a separate breakfast in the back 2 buildings instead of walking up the big hill for breakfast. Other then that all good

Grounds were clean, rooms were clean. Nice location close enough to drive to the beach and the shops area.

They do need to hold a security deposit on a credit card, I wasn’t aware of until checking in.
