I loved that the staff was really friendly. Its in a great location very close to lots of things. I loved our room, it was a suite and it was like having a little apartment. The kids loved it as well. air conditioner worked great. Rooms were clean. Refrigerator worked great.

The water pressure in the shower isn’t great. The hide-a-bed wasn’t very comfortable, I suggest bringing an air mattress. The stoves need to be updated, but do work. Could have definitely used more towels. I did have to ask several times for towels. We stayed four nights and I would definitely recommend to others and will stay again if we ever come back to Pensacola for vacation. One other thing is they could really use a coffee maker in the rooms. None of these were major problems and I definitely wouldn’t let it keep me from recommending it to others.

The rooms were fairly clean. If I ever visit again, I would like to stay here. Staff was nice and everything was well organized. The pool was also a great feature to the hotel

Everything was pretty good except the a/c. The a/c did not stay on very long, so the room gotten hot very quickly.

Clean. Close to NAS where my daughter is stationed. Room had kitchenette where we set up table to share Thanksgiving with our sailor.

Clean comfortable room. Many small restaurants at walking distance

The night staff. My car was in a wreck and missing a window. He told me to park in front of the office. So he could keep an eye on it.

Girls screaming in the hallway . But when you have rooms it's bound to happen.

Close to local small businesses.. There is a full service laundromat next door in strip mall.

Parking lot very small. Hotel desk never had any quarters for the washer and dryer. Bed frames were too large and too tall for mattress Bathroom door a tight fit for anyone larger than a midget

Bed was comfortable, I was able to get the extra pillows I need at night. Bedclothes problem was promptly addressed. No disturbing noise. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower after getting back from the beach. Prompt service to our internet problem (they reset the local AP).

One of the two A/C units was down. Fortunately there was one in the other room (suite). Problems w/ bedclothes (not changed before we got there) but was promptly addressed.

The staff was friendly and made sure I understood everything. Politeness is a great key. Price was fair

The $50 charge that I had no idea about when I booked the room. There was a couple of pest 🪳 in the room.

Enough space to chill and the appliances were up to date which made it more of a home feeling.

There could have been a trash can on each floor so I didn’t need to go outside.

The area is a little over run with homeless but they don't bother you...atleast they didn't bother us
