The decor and setting were marvelous. The structure is solid and beautifully appointed inside and out. Our room exuded comfort, cleanliness, creativity and details that many hotels either over deliver or just fall short. You have a gem in Pensacola. A perfect location to be close to Saenger Theatre. The food and bar were very much enjoyed. My wife and I loved the restaurant and staff. A pleasant meal and a late drink before retiring to out

I was surprised by the added costs. Warnings of costs were delivered but I didn’t expect the to our plush room.

This was our second time staying at LIly Hall, the facility, room, amenities, all first rate, loved the style and 'lil touches' of class all over the place. And the in room record player was so very cool. My wife especially liked the parlor and the open air feel of the place. me too. We've eaten at the ground level restaurant, Brother Fox, amazing food; and that lil Speak Easy, Sister Hen, on the corner bottom street level is something you've got to experience, small but so cool.

Parking for the stay in guests is a nightmare, mostly because the restaurant downstairs is so popular. 12 rooms, only 6 on site parking spots. Owner needs to buy that vacant lot across the street for additional parking, for stay in guests only.

Both the resturant and bar were amazing! Super cool secret bar. Rooms were stunning!! We loved the lounge area on the first floor as an added bonus. The stay blew our expectations out of the water. Someone was there to greet us and check us in early and it was nice to know he was also from the area. Definitely our favorite hotel in our area for a nice anniversary retreat. Also super excited for the record player in the room with Frank Sinatra!!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The parking lot was small but there were many spaces to park in. The entire staff was super nice. Overall no complaints.

Location was perfect, we were able to walk several places and even able to see the fireworks from the lawn.

It would have been nice to have housekeeping come at least after first two days. We had no soap left in the shower and requested more tea and towels. The trash was overflowing when we left, so to make the experience perfect, if you have guests staying more than 2 nights, I think it mandatory to have housekeeping come and tidy up and check on things.

Location was wonderful, within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. Atmosphere was very classy. Loved the library and the comfortable seating. Room was relaxing and spacious with a view of historical homes. Staff was very responsive. It was very quiet and peaceful. Compared to other local hotels, this one was priced the same or less, and I loved the chic vibe that you wouldn't find at a chain hotel. Would love to go back and would highly recommend.

Very nice and smart hotel. The communication was really easy, and the instructions to the self check worked really well. The hotel is nice, clean, and the bathrooms were roomy and smart. There were quite big "communal" areas were it was possible to meet up with the rest of your travel party. The bar/restaurant in the building is great, good food and great drinks. Walking distance to Ho Spot Barbecue - dont miss!!

Beautiful newly renovated building. Great decor and very comfortable beds. Cute speakeasy and restaurant on site. Kari was wonderful and arranged cleaning for us on the second day when requested. We will definitely return and our family in Pensacola has stated that it is very hard to make a reservation here showing it’s popularity.

Cleaning was pretty good but sand was in the room when we arrived and stayed in hard to reach places such as under the round table. We also went to the beach so we know sand can stick everywhere. This was minor. Only thing that made it hard to sleep was the air conditioning above the bed. It blew directly on the person sleeping under it. As people have stated before the walls are thin and we could hear others around our room. This is something that does not bother us too much.

I loved the aesthetic and decorative design of the inside as well as the patio placement. We unfortunately didn’t eat at the restaurant but I saw from outside the window and it looked so cute!

I just didn’t like the parking spot. They only have about 7 spaces. But you can’t control that so it wasn’t really bad

I loved the style of the rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel. We loved the overall atmosphere and environment.

The hostess at the restaurant below was extremely snobby. Had she been my first interaction, I would not have even wanted to stay at that hotel. We were looking forward to eating there at Bother Fox Sister Hen and did not.

We loved the parlor, the bedroom, and the bathroom. The vinyl player in the bedroom was a nice bonus experience. We played one of the vinyl records, and it sounded great.

We did not appreciate the people in the room next to us playing movies very loud late at night. I went to the bathroom at 1:30 a.m., and I could clearly hear the people in the room next to us playing a movie. It was The Lion King, and if I wanted to sing along from the bathroom, I could have easily done so. 🦁👑 "Just can't wait to be king! 🎶"
