* Very helpful and friendly personnel! * Great beach not far from the hotel. * Nice water park suitable for all ages. * Great variety of food on breakfast, lunch and dinner which changes every day. Everything is tasty, maybe except non-Turkish desserts (local ones are great!) * Free ice cream, dinner chairs for toddlers, children's stands under sinks — many things for making vacation with children easier. * Good WiFi coverage, even on the beach and the suite. * Several small shops inside in case you forgot or run out of something important.

* The floor in the suite was very dirty when we arrived. We asked the cleaners team to mop it and they did it (thank you!), but it took several moppings to clean it enough to not leave black marks on socks. * WiFi is overloaded in crowded areas. Not an issue with hotel, but more of a note on other guests: There is a small number of guests who neglected with their children's education. Sometimes you can hear children running and screaming at the suite block till 23 o'clock (perhaps, while their parents are partying at the bar). Their parents are obviously okay with this as they sing and speak loudly when they finally join their children.

From the very first second we walked into Aqi Pegasos World, it didn’t feel like a hotel stay—it felt like coming HOME to a place I didn’t know I’d been dreaming of. The entertainment team? OH BABY, they didn’t just “engage” us… they adopted us. I wasn’t just a guest—I was treated like ROYALTY. The energy, the care, the fun… this place is a damn paradise with a heartbeat. Let’s talk about the people who made this trip unforgettable: • Kevin – A literal walking angel 😇. His warmth, his smile, his vibe? Immaculate. Kevin made every moment feel personal, safe, and deeply joyful. He’s the soul of the resort. • Sophie – Our London baddie 💅🏽💃🏽. Funny, stunning, and full of life. She turned the Trampoline classes into a party on springs—I’ve never laughed and sweat this much at the same time. • Charlie – My Aqua Queen 👑. Her aqua cycling and dance sessions? They were electric. Her spirit lights up the whole pool and her vibe is pure sunshine. Broooodie – The HIIT & stretching QUEEN 💪🏽. HER classes were challenging, motivating, and he somehow made pain feel like pleasure—don’t ask how. Iconic. and Sherin who kept checking in on us and made sure we are having great time. And let’s not forget the insane food, the gigantic pool, the beautiful beach, and those evening shows that made every night feel like a festival. Every single detail of this place is crafted with passion and care. To the whole team at Pegasos World: You didn’t just give me a vacation—you gave me a core memory. There was always food available and the food was very good quality. The water park was very good with lots of rides and what was also nice is that it stayed open for most of the day (except for a 1.5 hours break over lunch). this meant the rides were never crowded and there were more than enough tubes in good condition.

Although the resort is All-inclusive, there were still many things you had to pay for which stretched the budget. For example a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room for 7 days was 18 EUR, and it literally only had 4 coffee sachets in, which weren't refilled. Also my wife had to visit the doctor on site for an emergency. The service was excellent, but the price was four times higher than similar treatments in EU, which I feel is milking the travel insurance companies. Still waiting for a decision from my travel insurance if they will pay the 2700 EUR I had to pay out of my own pocket!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and 6 days. We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to use all the hotel facilities while waiting for check-in. Similarly, since our return flight was late at night, we were also allowed to stay and continue using the hotel facilities after check-out. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. The food was excellent. On two of the evenings, a special chef's plate was served, and I only ate those dishes. My 3-year-old daughter really enjoyed the slides and the pool. The hotel’s proximity to the sea was also a big plus for us. I would especially like to highlight that this is a Child-Friendly Hotel. So, if you don’t have children, you might not find it to your liking. However, if you do have kids, everything here is thoughtfully designed with children in mind.

The alchocol bar was not that good. And the there is no consistency for coctails.

The staff was really helpful, very dedicated. We had an issue with the card payment (didn't know that the GeoControl feature had to be disabled) and the staff used all possible options to help us out. Absolutely wonderful, many thanks for that. There was a variety of food, the quality/taste was quite good (especially of the meat and chicken dishes). I'd say everyone can find something to their taste. The water park was great, the pools are wonderful, the water quality is very good. The sea is warm and clean. The beach is not 100% sandy, the entrance into the sea is a bit pebbly, but it's still fine. Every evening there was some party or show still it was quiet in the rooms. The ancient city of Side is 10 minutes by bus (bus No 11 to Side and bus No 10 from Side). The bus stops right in front of the hotel. Ask the security if you have doubts. We all loved the stay (adults, 11 year-old boys and a baby).

The rooms could be renovated. But we noticed it only upon arrival. It wasn't awful or anything.

My family and I enjoyed a seven-night stay at AQI Pegasos with my two children, aged 13 and 9. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, surpassing all my previous visits to other resorts in Antalya. Traveling from Norway every year, I can confidently say this was one of the best holidays we've had. We especially loved the excellent variety of food served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, encompassing many international cuisines. I truly appreciate the kitchen manager at AQI Pegasos for providing such an outstanding selection of dishes. In comparison, my four-night stay at VONRESORT offered limited food options, which was less satisfying. My children adored the special ice cream served once a week during dinner, a delightful treat. The pool was excellent—clean and well-maintained—and we never experienced any health issues despite spending plenty of time there each day. The evening entertainment shows were also excellent. The beach area is conveniently attached to the resort, and in the evenings, the cool, refreshing sea breeze was perfect for relaxing at the sea bar with coffee or cold drinks. Overall, I highly recommend AQI Pegasos for an outstanding family vacation experience 💚

The only issue is that, despite the pool area being quite large with plenty of spaces, it can be difficult to find sunbeds if we arrive late. It's best to reserve a spot early. Additionally, the cutlery in the restaurants could be improved, especially the knives, which are not very effective for cutting during meals. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Although I don't have much experience with all inclusive hotels (I've been in four or five such hotels), this one was definitely the best. Everything was better than I expected: excellent food, great swimming pools and the water park (my nephews, 13 and 8 years old were amazed), direct access to a big and sandy beach, the fastest Wi-Fi I've ever had in any hotel (working outside of buildings, too), and not so many Russians (which is pretty unusual for Turkish hotels from what I've heard). Of course, there are probably plenty more luxurious hotels, but if you're looking for something really good in a reasonable place, this hotel will not disappoint you.

The only thing I did not like was coffee. What we had in the all inclusive package had hardly anyting in common with the real coffee, and even extra paid coffee in one of bars was awful.

Everything is organized and clean. The room was spacious and it was kept clean. The food was decent with a wide selection, you'll definitely find somethings you'll like. They look after their facility with constant cleaning of the roads and the beach showers. The staff are nice and helpful.

They barely put any air conditioners in the dining halls where they host the buffet so it gets hot in the summer. They can easily solve it bas adding more air conditioners but they refuse to. Due to how big the complex is, there is some walking to to do to get to some facilities (like getting the beach towels and going to the beach bar).

Facilities, territory is large and good cared, food available almost permanently, nice entertainment for kids of all ages, aquapark is great. Restaurant offered a.wide variety of different food. Turkish ice-cream was delicious!

Cleaning was not nice. The maid never used vacuum cleaner, so some sand was crunching under the legs permanently. Never washed any glasses, never took any dirty dishes away. And she was cleaning the room once in 3 days, and only if we will live a sign to clean the room. After we left our concerns at lobby, she cleaned it nice way twice. This was.it, while we.stayed there for 2 weeks. And the hotel was crowded all the time. No empty spaces near the swimming pools, no spaces.near the sea. Thai food restaurant just awful. If you tried really good sushi, I would.not recommend to visit this place. They have no clue how Japanese food.must taste.

The hotel is comfortable, and very large. The hotel is very clean, the pool and area are too. Food - bravo! Every day there are new dishes, the choice is limitless, meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, salads, and desserts. The water park is also great. Evening shows are great! We didn't want to leave.

We got a two-room suite instead of a standard one, but apparently no one had lived there for a long time and there was a damp smell in the room. We didn't change it because we were almost never there.
