Comfortable for 6 people. Have all the utensils to do your own cooking, if you so wish. Although the apartment faces the mosque, the sound is not that loud. Located within walking distance to the beach.

The extra bed is not comfortable. Would recommend the owner to change to a new one. While the apartment is comfortable, some of the furnishings are getting a bit old ie the cupboards below the sink. Perhaps time to do some refurbishment.

Ben was an absolutely amazing and helpful host — he responded to all our questions incredibly quickly and made everything so easy. The location was perfect: within walking distance to a variety of great restaurants, shops, and the vibrant night market, yet still peaceful and quiet. We loved the beautiful, tranquil pool and the well-equipped gym. The apartment itself was exceptional — spotlessly clean, spacious, with large bedrooms and modern, roomy bathrooms. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like — everything exceeded our expectations!

The beds were clean and super comfy and I loved the white sheets in one of the rooms. The other room had polka dot sheets but I'm sure they were comfy as well as there were no complaints from my daughter and husband. Generally the apartment is clean and in a great location.

The furnishings and furniture make the apartment look like random furniture was thrown in. The sofa bed was stained but we were provided with a clean futon which we could place on top. One of the armchairs was in poor condition, sunken and was propped up by cardboards. One side of the sheer curtain was torn.

The location was just perfect by the beach. Lots of convenient stores walking distance. The apartment was well kept and clean. Clean and good quality comforters/blankets provided. Complete kitchen utensils, can even cook if we wanted. A baby chair was provided. Big and nice balcony with garden table and 2 chairs. Clean towel was given but no toiletries. Bath gel was given but we didn't use that. The apartment is spacious. Kids pool is quite small and narrow. 4 kids inside it's already crowded if the kids have floats with them. Adult infinity pool for chilling only. That was good enough. Mr. Ben, the person in charge is a friendly person, and a very considerate person. He managed a few matters for us in a very calm and nice manner.

During the booking, it was mentioned that Bedroom 1 with one double bed and Bedrooms 2 will have 1 double bed, sofabed and 2 single beds. Sofa bed was in the living area and one double bed in Bedroom 2. There were no 2 single beds, but 2 thin foldable beds were given which were stored in the wardrobe. The foldable bed was not comfortable and we didn't use it. Ended up sleeping on the living area floor with the comforters. This information was misleading. That is why I gave it 4 stars. If the information was right, my rating will be 5 stars. No toiletries Parking is free for one car only. Parking for a second car/vehicle is charged RM 20.00 per day. The location and the entire unit were nice, safe and very comfortable. You can view the sunrise from the unit and have a relax time at the balcony viewing the sea. There is a mosque beside and luckily the sound is acceptable. The location is near to the beach and got to see the beautiful sun set. The utilities and the kitchenware were well available for us to make every simple meal of the day. There is refrigerator, washing machine and dryer available too. The swimming pool was clean and had a security guard guarded during the day. It is a great location for a relax holiday.

Ben contact me a day before I arrived letting me know all the details required. Check in and check out is smooth. The location is in front of the beach. The apartment is spacious and looks new. Ben add extra mattress for us. You basically can cook since there is stove, oven, microwave and fridge. No long wait for lift since its low density apartment.

No towel (probably they forget). It's okay since we bring ours. The floor need to be mopped. The extra parking space fee not mention on the description. Other than that everything is good.

Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and shops and feringgi night market making it easy to explore the area. The bed was super comfortable, and the WiFi was fast, which was great for both relaxing and getting some work done. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay!

This is a first class property at a great location near the beach. Entire complex kept very clean and tidy. Excellent big apartment with everything you could want. Swimming pool, fitness room, secure parking.and additional TV channels to keep kids happy. Great beds provided a great night sleep.

Clean apartment, sea and mountain view from balcony, good location near to Baku Ferring sea beach have private access to beach. Arabic, fast food and other restaurants in walking distance. True apartment for Family travelers . We enjoyed stay for 4 nights. Mr. Ben supported us even we checked in 1030 PM.He always take care and supported us when ever we requested for his assistance.

As we stayed near the beach and it was Eid holiday , lots of fireworks done even in mid nights.
