This cosy little guesthouse is one of our best places of staying in the Philippines! The room is rather big and has a fridge and a conditioner and cooler with water. Bed linen is changed EVERY day, which is so cool! The room has a small terrace, on which you can relax during the day or in the evening. The bathroom is an ordinary one, with shower above the toilet, but clean and with hot water! The key feature of the hotel is it's location - a minute from the shore We took nothing with us except for the masks, and went early morning to snorkel, it was very convenient. Liked the hotel very much and can recommend.

The breakfast was not as much good as other things. You need to order a meal out of the choice, it is OK, but the choice is limited. Coffee is awful :)

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT!!! :) THE SEA FRONT WAS LESS THAN A MINUTE'S WALK AWAY, WHERE EVERYTHING WAS (SNORKELLING, SCUBA DIVING, BOAT TRIPS, BARS AND RESTAURANTS). A&C AQUINO GUESTHOUSE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN, VERY RELAXING, FRIENDLY AND I LOVED THE SOLA LIGHTING THEY HAVE AT NIGHT. MOALBOAL IS A FANTASTIC PLACE, I LOVED IT. THE SNORKELLING WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AND THE WHOLE PLACE IS VERY HAPPY AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. I LOVED THE INSTANT HOT OR INSTANT COLD WATER DEVICE THEY HAD IN MY ROOM :)

Booked the quad with double bunks. There are two separate areas. Enter into the family room, there's a coat rack on the left, besides the rack is a padded sofa. Right side there are 2 padded chairs with a small coffee table. Also a corner table for the in room wifi modem. My kids had no complaints about speed or signal while playing videos or games. There's a refrigerator and filtered water dispenser, although the cold wasn't really cold) In the separate bedroom there are 2 bunks and cabinets with a safe. Towels and sheets are provided. I had no issues with shower water pressure and the heater worked fine. Nice quiet location. Sardine run just minutes walk away. Free breakfast had lots of options. I would stay here again.

It was a bit difficult to get a car near the resort, it was just a bumpy dirt road. Tricycle can only get you to the adjacent corridor.

We had booked a standard double room which had a small living room having a sofa, bedroom with 2 beds and a kitchen area with basic kitchenette, dining table and water dispenser with hot/cold water. Rooms were clean and enough towels were provided. The guest house is bang on the Panagsama beach and Sardine run entry is just 20 steps away. This was the only hotel (out of 4 that we stayed in Phillipines) that provided complimentary breakfast and believe me thats quite needed in Moalboal as restaurants there start there day late. They had multiple options breakfast options to choose from and their sandwiches are delicious. The best thing is the staff here and I cant write enough about them. My kid felt sick and we were not finding appropriate food in restaurants outside. Upon request they prepared and delivered food to our room for the kid which was a blessing at that critical time. We were checking out very early around 2 am, the lady at the reception packed us Sandwiches for the morning, we were so touched by the gesture. Above all, when I went to pay for the meals they provided for my kid, they refused to accept and gave us a warm smile. A big shout out to all the staff working there.

Nothing as such

Place is two minutes walk from the beach. But when you arrive by car, the drive in looks rough with potholes and muddy road and not sign of any beach. However, once you get into the guesthouse area, it's pretty nice and it's a short walk to the beach. The guesthouse we rented is the main floor of a two storey house. The main floor two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and has kitchen and fridge.There is a big yard and terrace in front, and a laundry rack where you can dry your dive gear. Very friendly staff at the restaurant for breakfast. I don't think they serve other meals at the restaurant. Place doesn't have much facilities, but the guesthouse is good for family.

They have very loud roosters. If you don't like rooster crowing, don't stay here. I just go with it and consider sound of nature.

the location is just perfect just a few steps away is the snorkeling area for sardines ..the reviews are really true ..they have very simple room expected for an accomodation in the province but v clean and aircon is cold..water pressure is also strong ..they provide coffee, water dispenser inside the room with hot/ normal mode , shampoo , tissue , etc.

- v simple brekfast just sandwich - the toilet is a bit awkward but with the price and location i cannot complain its tolerable..its abit slippery thougn cos the tiles ar made ceramic so just be careful.. - also the water heater is so hot and i cannot reach to adjust, instead used the faucet with bucket..just expect a v simple room but it doesnt really mater as long as its clean and location is winner..thanks - for those driving theres no parking inside the guesthouse ..google maps will bring you to the exact front place but u cannot park as its just an alley..u need to go from behind for a paid parking 150 pesos for overnight parking ..call the property in advance to ask for detailed instruction on where to go.

Good location, close to the beach. Large rooms. Tasty breakfast a la carte served at home or near reception. Nice and helpful staff. Aircon forking fine.

Drain in one sink was faulty and bathroom's floor was wet after every use - reported but wasn't fixed. Lack of curtain at the shower. Whole bathroom was wet after each shower but I've noticed it's common in Philipines. Very noisy neighbor - rooster. He crowed very often at night, additionally other roosters from vicinity accompanied.

Perfect location, close to the beach & restaurants but hidden enough to get some peace and quiet. Stayed in the family garden view. Spacious room with separate lounge area. Aircon in the bedroom was quiet & the kitchen area had own water cooler with chilled option. Staff weee friendly and helpful, arranged transfers & canyoneering for us. Nothing was a problem. Small menu option for breakfast, but everything we had was delicious.

It was a great location, the staff was very friendly and we really liked how they were quickly organising everything for us- kawasan falls canyoneering, taxi pickup, sardines run, etc. Was a very nice experience to have a terrace too dry our things on. The internet was great (compared to many places we were in Philippines) and they even have a mini fridge!

Watch out! If you are afraid if cats, several walking around. Also water runs out in the night because the entire area runs on water tankers!! So do everything as early as possible. Also, finding it might be slightly tricky, and we were travelling with a suitcase.. so try getting directions if possible.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They booked transportation for us to get to Cebu. Location was perfect and in walking distance to everything. The room was very nice and clean. We had the 2 bedroom apt and it was huge. The AC worked fantastic.

The beds are a little too firm for me and blankets weren't on the beds, only sheets. We asked for blankets and they gave us some. There were about 3 roosters every morning right outside the window. Very very loud.
