Beautiful location and incredible grounds, offering 3 pools and a number of walking routes. Short journeys to pretty villages, and car parks for hiking in the glorious Parc Nacional d’Aigüestortes. We booked a suite which was great - a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very helpful. I've never stayed anywhere before where so many guests walk around in bathrobes, but I assume this was to make the most of the spa facilities on site!

No Wi-fi in the rooms was a real pain - it worked fine in the bar and restaurant but not the bedrooms.

We were with kids, dinner started at 20:30, to lunch we had to content with a pool menu or buffet at the next hotel, problem nowhere to have a snack between 7-8:30. Also if you are tall, their beds don’t cut it, definitely need bigger beds

the environment, with mountains, forests, and sources bed was good, shower was renovated

in general, there is still a need for further renovation lawn near thermal pool needs care.. restaurant ok, not the best, but ok

Nestled in the mountains, wonderful park with walking trails and waterfalls and fountains surrounding the hotel.

Had a problem in the restaurant, but fortunately there was an outstanding Manager who corrected it.

Room was new, big and very clean and the showers were a plus, very nice and relaxing. Location is very convenient if you're exploring the park, plus the vew from the windows are beautiful and the surrounding area too. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious.

Spectacular location surrounded by mountains and waterfalls after rain. Good on site restaurant.

The hotel’s location is outstanding and the gardens are exceptional, but unfortunately inside the hotel is very outdated. The staff were very helpful and kind in the restaurant and bar.

Very outdated interior. Dogs were allowed to stay at the hotel, but not allowed in any public spaces. We struggled to have food, because couldn’t leave the dog.
